Banfield Pet Hospital

1700 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009, USA

3.0
Dr. Michael is a very knowledgeable and compassionate vet based on the one appointment I had here so this review should not be interpreted to reflect her level of care. However, despite Dr. Michael ordering a urine analysis for my dog based on her blood test results, it has been well over a month since I provided my dog’s sample and nobody from the Banfield office will return my call with results. I’ve paid for the testing and left no less than four voicemails asking about the results. Nobody has ever contacted me back despite repeated efforts simply asking for the results of the test the vet ordered as urgent. Do not go to this vet office they are not responsive at all. The front desk employees are mostly unprofessional and unorganized in person and over the phone. - Cierra Vaughn
