I am a recent new client to Bonnie Brae Veterinary Hosptial, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention they pay to patients. I have a special needs dog with a complex medical history, and I needed to change veterinaries. On the strong recommendation of a trusted friend, I chose Dr. Etter at Bonnie Brae to be his new vet. Everyone at this establishment, from the front office folks to the technicians to Dr. Etter himself, were all incredibly patient, compassionate, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly … all consummate professionals. Unfortunately, my dog has developed a terror of visiting the vet in recent years, however, Dr. Etter was able to largely defuse this fear and tension. Dr. Etter spent time with us, and I was very impressed with his ability to ”read” my dog's body language and behavior. For the past three years my dog has had to be fully sedated during vet visits, even for something as straightforward as a blood draw, but that was not the case at Bonnie Brae (which is amazing). Dr. Etter is a great listener as well as a thorough practitioner, and the results of the various tests that were performed were communicated swiftly and efficiently which I appreciate tremendously. I feel very fortunate to have found Bonnie Brae, and I cannot thank everyone enough for helping me (and my dog!) to feel comfortable and confident. Simply phenomenal! Thank you, we're so grateful for your kindness and expertise. - Michelle Morris
