★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing care, very amazing staff, so polite. They take care of all my pets as if they were theirs it’s amazing. They even put a little design on my dogs cast when he gotten it redone.
June 26 · Madeline the FamilyWe began to bring all four of our dogs for the past year. They were reasonably priced, caring, and friendly. But what’s the old saying? Everything is great until it’s not. We brought our 12 year old Akita in thinking that we may or may not have to euthanize him this week. The care from the nurse and the Doctor who was on staff who is not Dr. Isom was excellent. We ended up having to put our 12-year-old Akita down. Everything was handled beautifully by the staff and when I went out to pay the bill which ended up being $710 I asked if I could put half down and pay the other half in two weeks as I was not prepared for that large of a bill. Very coldly the counter lady said no I would have to pay it today. I had two crying boys with me, and I was extremely upset. The coldness with the way the money was handled was inexcusable. The following day I called because our other dog needed a diarrhea medicine. We were down to one car and I couldn’t bring the dog in. Instead of simply allowing me to get the medicine, they were completely unworkable that stating I would have to bring the dog in to get an exam, meaning that the dog continued to poop all over our home for the next 24 hours. I’ve been to many vets over the years and this was the worst service I’ve ever received. It’s not about the money. It’s about the attitude. And they easily could’ve helped with a diarrhea medication, but chose not to, knowing we couldn’t get the dog in that day. We have left and gone to another vet in the area with better reviews and a heart to help. In addition, I called to speak to Dr. Isom about this and he didn’t even have the courtesy to return a phone call. That was strikes 1, 2 and 3 in two days.
July 25 · Scott MaczugaI usually don't take the time to leave reviews, but I had to make an exception today. I always have a great experience at Highway 29, as did my parents before me. So great in fact, that I worked there for a while as a vet tech. So, you could say I know the ins and outs :) Kim always has a smile when you walk in, loves on my dogs and starts the visit off right. The techs and assistants are sweet, knowledgeable and put up with my 100 ish pounds of energetic fluff. The last few visits, we've had Dr. Kennedy and though all the vets there are wonderful, he's the family favorite! And the office manager, April, cares fiercely about this clinic and takes feedback and reviews very seriously in an effort to improve client experience. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else and recommend them to friends and boarding clients all the time. - Cindy DP, Bertram TX
July 05 · Cynthia “Cindy” Dennis-PollardThe tech’s that work here are amazing and have taken great care of all of my animals Was greeted kindly by the front office staff upon arrival. They are compassionate and explain things well. They have gotten me in last minute and are quick. Techs Hannah and Allexis are both great at their jobs! Highly recommend!
June 11 · Dawn FernandezAs always the doc and staff were awesome. I don't go to any other vet. They save my little doggy Smokey's life.
