May 06, 2025 · Jasmine MhrezAlthough my first impression and experience at VEG was a heartbreaking and painful one, I am seriously impressed by the staff and their care for our pets and us.We sadly had to make the decision to put our beloved cat down and the care and treatment we received was beyond thoughtful. We were given as much time as we needed and a private room with no harsh lighting, instead some fairy lights, a cozy couch and anything we may need. The doctor and her staff were incredible. We were very happy that every step of the procedure was explained to us and that things were moving at our pace, no rushing, no stress. We got paw and nose prints, fur clippings and a private cremation for him, which was overall reasonably priced as it is still an emergency clinic. We were able to pick up his urn after just a couple of days.Thank you again to everyone at VEG, though I hope I won’t have to come back, I would always choose to go to VEG to get professional care for my pets.
Apr 13, 2025 · D MDI write this with a heavy heart. We had to put our little baby of 13 years to sleep today. We want to thank the Staff and Doctor for accommodating us and keeping our little Chita comfortable. It was a nice way to say goodbye. It pains us to lose our best friend. I recommend this place if you need to make the hardest decision. Very loving people. They gave us as much time as we needed. They gave us her paw and nose print along with her little fur. The room was comfortable and we were able to bring her little brother along to say his goodbye. Thank you to everyone. See you soon little buddy.
Jun 20, 2025 · Ani EI went to VEG yesterday when my cat Ben was repeatedly vomiting. Julie at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. After taking his vitals, the vet techs took some bloodwork, gave him fluids and an anti-nausea medication. Dr. Molano worked with me on the estimate which was so appreciated. They also gave me some food samples to take home. Everyone treated Ben so kindly and today he is acting more like himself. I’m so relieved and grateful!
Jun 27, 2025 · Erika FackelmanIt was the evening of Easter when our dog felt terribly sick. He was retching and in pain. Our family brainstormed and instantly knew what was happening. My niece who is a Vet called VEG and told them that we were on our way so they were prepared. When a dog is bloated, time is critical. When we arrived the staff at VEG instantly put our dog's needs first. Within hours he was on the operating table. They saved his life and we are forever grateful. They wear their hearts on their sleeves. They care for their patients and customers. We had such a positive experience and would recommend anyone to go to VEG in Clifton.
