Pinnacle Animal Hospital Reviews
Dr. Tim McMullan takes care of all my rabbits - and all of the rescue rabbits that we have brought to him. He is kind and knowledgeable and helps us out tremendously with the rescues. It would be tough to do as much as we do without him to fit us in quickly and with skill.I help run the local FB group for rabbits and I always recommend Dr. McMullan first to everyone asking "Where do I take my rabbit?" I trust him to do a thorough review of the situation and also to do all spays and neuters (rabbits are tricky and fragile). He will also refer you to a specialist if he thinks it would benefit the animal which I appreciate. The front office is also friendly, knowledge, quick and will do their best to answer your questions, get you scheduled or referred. Very appreciated!!I'm delighted with Pinnacle and very much appreciate their practice - and would recommend them to anyone!(pictured: a pair of our rescues that were recently adopted)
Jun 25, 2025 · Cindy HamiltonI can’t say enough good things about our recent visit to the vet with Jax and Jade. What stood out the most was the compassionate care we received. Jax, who is usually pretty anxious at the vet, was surprisingly calm — something I’ve never seen from him before. It was clear the team truly cares about their patients and knows how to make both pets and their humans feel comfortable and supported.Customer service was excellent, and every question was answered with patience and kindness. We left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who goes above and beyond!
Apr 19, 2025 · Judy WilliamsThe exotic vet was very kind and explained things clearly. The vet’s assistant was also kind and they both allowed me to talk without speaking over me. I also felt very welcomed in by the people at the front desk, with staff asking what animal I have and at the end of the appointment, one front desk lady wanted to pet my mouse and I thought it was very sweet. I also was given extra information by the short haired lady with tattoos about euthanasia for my dog and she was very helpful and kind. I enjoyed all the people I met and it was such a great and welcoming experience especially for someone who doesn’t socialize with a lot of people because I am a stay at home mom. The biggest thing that stood out to me was how accepting this office is of younger people with alternative appearances like tattoos and piercings, so I also felt welcomed because of that. It seemed like the staff got along really well as a team and I also noticed that this office didn’t smell like animal urine which was a huge issue with my previous vet’s office. The room we were brought back to was very clean. Among the 5+ exotic vets I called, this office had one of the lowest prices to have my mouse seen, which was a huge plus. They also called me a few days after starting treatment for my pet to follow up on her care, I was shocked at the level of care. I will definitely be returning to this office!
Sep 19, 2024 · Elizabeth RichardsonWas able to get same day appointment. Dr Golden is reassuring, knowledgeable and measured in her approach—not ordering unnecessary tests. Follows up by phone. She’s been very helpful for both of our older dogs. We are grateful to have her!
Mar 23, 2025 · Arnie KozakHad a great first visit with my 13 year old Border Collie mix. Staff was very welcoming and my dog was very comfortable with them. Dr. McMullen was very thorough and explained everything to me. He called back with the test results and followed up on meds. needed. This will be Sadie's new Vet. office.
