- Performance Horse Medicine: Given the "Performance" in their name, this likely includes advanced diagnostics and treatments for equine athletes, aiming to maintain and enhance their athletic longevity and soundness.

- Pre-Purchase Examinations: Comprehensive evaluations for prospective horse buyers to assess a horse's health, soundness, and suitability for its intended use before a purchase.
- Equine Dentistry: Regular dental care is crucial for a horse's overall health and performance, including routine floats and addressing dental abnormalities.
- Reproductive Services: Depending on the practice's scope, this could include breeding soundness exams, artificial insemination, and mare/stallion management.
- Emergency Equine Care: While one review highlighted a challenge with emergency response, it is a standard offering for equine practices, addressing urgent situations such as colic, injuries, and acute illnesses. It's important for horse owners to clarify specific emergency protocols and expected response times directly with the clinic.

Clarke Equine Wellness and Performance Reviews
Best vet there is in my opinion. Grateful for the top notch care provided to many horses over the years.
Jun 24, 2025 · SVery poor response when calling or texting (24 hours)They are extremely busy, only one person. At least they could of told me to call someone else. By the time I was able to get another vet out it was too late. My horse had to be put down.
Jul 23, 2024 · chris pfliegerDr Rode and his crew are wonderful. They are always fun to be around and they take very good care of our 4 horses. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks you guys and keep up the good work!
Sep 09, 2021 · Tonya QuentalI was very happy, with the care of my three horses with Dr. Chad and Dr. Rode. But, I decided to administer my own yearly shots...I called to get the schedule for the fall and spring...they never returned my messages. I called 2 or 3 times to follow up. I would gladly have continue to use them, if they were willing to work with me. I believe this was very unprofessional and I am very disappointed.
Jul 31, 2013 · Deborah LewisHorse with a major laceration on Saturday late afternoon. Dr. Rode was there within 30 minutes and worked for nearly two hours. Outstanding work by a compassionate man.
