Apr 28, 2025 · Courtney AlamoI was very impressed with the professionalism and real concern for my pet. I was given options to help me get what I needed for my dog at a price I could afford. Information was thorough. The follow up phone calls with test results immediate, and a follow-up call to check on my pet's condition was so comforting!!
May 20, 2025 · Elizabeth SantosThe staff are kind and attentive. They treat our pets as thoughtfully as we humans. They do not pressure us to buy extra treatments and supplies as some vets do, and the prices seem appropriate for care.
May 29, 2025 · Sallie Ebert GrundmanI’ve been taking my cat here for the 7 years I’ve had her and I have been treated with nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care from them for everything from a check up to surgery! When I got some not so good news on some blood work, I was able to sit, process, and cry without being judged or rushed. All my questions were answered and they talked me through everything that would need to be done to my cat. From all the experiences I’ve had from the beginning(I could write a novel going into detail of all of the great things), I have always recommended them to anyone I meet.
Jun 14, 2025 · sarah wolfThe positive thing about this vet office is the receptionist and vet techs. I think the main issues is in the management and customer relations. They seem to care about the money more than the aninals or owners. (But that's pretty standard). We have 4 German Shepherds and a cat. At our last appointment I was only able to bring 1 dog, instead of 2 due to a family emergency. They said since I didnt call and cancel I still had to pay for both dogs. I was quite shocked. We are small buisness owners so I would 100% get it if we just didn't show up and had to pay a no show fee. (I would not want to short change anyone or any buisness). But we were still there spending money on "dog #1". And I was being charged a full exam fee not a no show fee for "dog #2". I tried to explain that we had spent around 5k (for pre surgery apts, blood work, fixing all of them, vaccines, meds and follow up apts) the last couple months with them. If I have to pay $150 exam fee for a service I'm not receiving, we would not return. They didn't seem to care and I was still charged. Such a shame and very poor client relations...they just lost 5 customers. We will not be back.
