Mar 31, 2025 · Bryn BurkeToday was the hottest day in Boston 100+, 1st of there is no parking so just walking from a street parking to the vet was brutal today! Hoping my dog could cool off with the AC indoors only to find out there is none and only fans.... I ask the receptionist if the A/C and said no the Doctor won't turn it on because of the energy bill!!! This is crazy to me, I was sweating inside it was cooler outside. They make so much money you're telling they can pay electricity???? Have to rethink coming here again!!!
Jun 25, 2025 · Josue MoralesAwful place! My dog had an ultrasound appointment at 10am. She couldn't eat or drink so they were able to see. They didn't do it till 5pm she was left in the cage all day I picked her up covered in feces. She pooped all over herself in the cage they didn't even clean her up. She was under sedation they continues to put her down and she couldn't walk. We had to put her down days later she got so sick out of no where. He told me "this is sad because Yorkie usually live longer" I do not recommend at all!
