First of all,I downloaded app for care to be provided and was sure I was signed up. I got to store,to find a multitude of animals. I found out,I was not signed up and of course my phone would not scan the barcode to sign up. After that it was time for the pets to start going in. No one was starting, nothing was moving. We waited, with four people ahead of us, a hour and a half to get our two dogs in. I was angry over the disorganized affair. I'd rather pay the extra to go to a regular veterinarian.. the whole process was awful. I also didn't think the cost was reduced either. Two dogs, with a nasal kennel cough and a Lyme shot was close to 200$. No one explained anything while in with the vet. I was very disappointed and upset over the entire process. I even forgot to give the code for my first time visit there . If you can avoid this, take your animals elsewhere. - Tina Harbaugh
