PetVet Vaccination Clinic Reviews
First of all,I downloaded app for care to be provided and was sure I was signed up. I got to store,to find a multitude of animals. I found out,I was not signed up and of course my phone would not scan the barcode to sign up. After that it was time for the pets to start going in. No one was starting, nothing was moving. We waited, with four people ahead of us, a hour and a half to get our two dogs in. I was angry over the disorganized affair. I'd rather pay the extra to go to a regular veterinarian.. the whole process was awful. I also didn't think the cost was reduced either. Two dogs, with a nasal kennel cough and a Lyme shot was close to 200$. No one explained anything while in with the vet. I was very disappointed and upset over the entire process. I even forgot to give the code for my first time visit there . If you can avoid this, take your animals elsewhere.

Mar 21, 2025 · Elin FryePetvet in Hagerstown has always taken care of our dogs since we started coming in 2021. We have 3 dogs that we take regularly for vaccines and one of them has severe allergies. They have taken awesome care and attention to all of my dogs but especially the one with allergies. We couldn't afford a regular vet and our dog was suffering. They helped us work through the possible causes and eventually we found a treatment plan that has our dog 100% healthy again! All of this without having to spend thousands. They also remember us and our dogs, they provide a personable experience and really truly care about our babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pic added of our dog with severe allergies- she went from balding with pain and open wounds to how she looks now- healthy and happy!!
Jun 08, 2024 · Erika ThackerVery long wait even with pre-registering. Prices also not transparent. Paid 16 more than what was listed on the website. Once in office the visit was quick.
Jun 18, 2025 · Jessica WoodsThe team did really well with my fur baby franklin! I had adopted him that same day and he need flea treatment and ear drops. They were able to explain to me the medication he needed, which was really helpful. I highly recommended this location and will be back if needed. Franklin says thanks for helping him feel better :)
