Our beloved dog is currently at Mountain View getting what I believe to be the best and most caring help around here. Me and my husbands sweet dog is suffering from a very serious impacted colon. From the first phone call I made they were the sweetest people in what seemed like the end of the world to me and my husband. The staff was so welcoming and made sure to provide the reassurance we needed to hear for our pups health. We knew going in it was going to be costly for what needed to be done. They tried their very best to give my pup relief through a smaller budget and even gave us a game plan to go home with to see if my pup’s condition would resolve itself at home with medication. But before leaving the first evening with medication in hand the staff helped me find a third party financial assistance plan that would cover additional care if needed. Sadly we had to return the very next morning with our pup as his condition made no progress with the medication. We opted to have our sweet boy hospitalized to receive round the clock care he needed in this desperate time before he got any worse. The staff was so kind and compassionate towards our situation giving us updates on our pups progress and ensuring he’s doing amazing with them there as he does have separation anxiety. I know my dog is in the best hands possible and I cannot thank Mountain View and there staff enough for all they have done and continue to do for our pup! I would recommend anyone having any serious problems with there pet to come here for care and if your bill is costly make sure to ask staff about third party financial services they accept! - Mackenzie Lane
