★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I drove 3 hours to take my puppy here for surgery after she broke her femur. The accommodated her needs and mine, too. They referred to her as their pup/new friend. The doctors explained everything clearly for me. The costs were so that I could afford this surgery...they were my 2nd and 3rd opinion. I like will take both my dogs there for their annual visits from now on. It will be a lively day trip with chances to picnic.
May 10 · Leilani LosliSo I use them prior and I had really good service. I took my dog to get his nails clipped today. Apparently they clipped a little bit too much and he started bleeding and they put a clotting powder on it which they did not tell me either of those things. I got my dog in my truck and by the time I had gotten home my dog has started bleeding all over my seats in my truck. I contacted them once to ask them about getting my seats cleaned and if they would cover the cost. They told me they would call me back later on in the day which they did not so I called them back at about 5:30. The office manager stated that they would not cover the cost to get the blood out of my seats. I asked for their insurance information so I could file a claim with them. The lady on the phone stated that she went and talked to the office manager again and that their insurance would not cover that The best she could do is talk to the owner when they get back in town on Tuesday. Little disappointed with the way that this has been handled I do have several pictures of my truck and I will try to post them with the review.
May 22 · Anthony HenriksenI would recommend CVV to anyone looking for affordable, quality pet care. I have been coming here the past month and have received amazing service from all the vets! They are great at answering any questions I have and giving multiple options regarding care. I am able to get an appointment in the same day I call. Dr. Caleb Vanderwiel has been amazing and has addressed all my concerns regarding my kitten. I couldn’t recommend CVV enough!
July 01 · Taylor Vander BroekThe best veterinarian office in the Cedar Valley! They have been amazing with my furr children and rescues! Orange Peel, Alien, and Miss Panda Bear!
February 05 · Anna B.We've been with CV Vet for more than 10 years now, and have always had great experiences. The staff is professional, and courteous. They always offer all available options, and aren't pushy when discussing them.
