A key highlight is the incredible empathy and accommodation shown by the staff, particularly by Dr. Chelsea. One customer’s review describes the immensely difficult experience of having a beloved "heart dog" in end-stage renal failure. The review emphasizes how Dr. Chelsea, despite being fully booked, made a special trip to the customer's home to provide a peaceful and respectful passing. This level of dedication and compassion, which included handling cremation and providing a cherished paw print, showcases a commitment that goes far beyond a typical professional service.
Another glowing review perfectly illustrates the special rapport the team has with animals. The owner of an old and temperamental cat notes how their feline companion, who normally resists being handled by anyone but her owner, is completely calm and cooperative with the vet. The owner affectionately refers to the vet as a "cat whisperer," highlighting the unique trust and gentle touch that the team employs. This special ability to connect with animals, reducing their stress and making examinations and treatments easier, is a significant advantage for pet owners.
The combination of services, from routine care to the critical 24-hour urgent care and the highly valued mobile service, makes this clinic a versatile and reliable choice. The fact that the practice is women-owned adds another layer of community-focused, personal care that many clients appreciate.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My heart dog was in unexpected end stage renal failure. She was going downhill fast and I didn't want her to suffer. I called Chelsea to see if she could come out that day, and though she was booked solid, thankfully she accommodated us and came out at noon.Though it was probably one of the worst days of my life, my sweet beautiful girl had a very peaceful passing at home thanks to Dr. Chelsea. She also took care of the cremation and did a paw print for me, which I'll treasure forever. The urn/box that the cremains came in was absolutely beautiful. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Chelsea.
February 05 · Punkass MatteoI love my cat, but she's old and temperamental. No one can hold her or pet her unless she wants it. Except me. But I take her into this vet, and she handles her like they're best friends. And my cat just sits there while she looks in her mouth and squeezes her tummy, etc. Today, she had a huge cyst, and she let her poke and prod her again! She would've torn my face off for tha, haha. A long story could be longer, but basically, I think this vet is the cat whisperer. 🐈 Thanks, Chelsea!
July 11 · eyesrblue73 JThe lady who helped us was very friendly I believe she was the owner if not she was so nice we actually called her at 2:00 in the morning on a Sunday when the vet was closed and she still gave great advice even though we lost our baby girl she was very helpful
May 11 · Jeannie WortleyWe had to put our boy down and the vet was very sweet sitting on the floor with us and letting us have as long as we needed. I will be using them again.
June 06 · Janice HarnAlways quick to get us in and listens throughly to all my concerns. I had previously used Plainfield/Clarksville vet services and am so glad I made the switch.
