May 01 · Lori BeckmanMy cat has several quirks. They followed my suggestions on these, he was handled gently. He prefers women so it was much less traumatic for him to have women handling him. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
June 29 · Cathy MPoopie LOVES the ladies at the clinic and I love how they go above and beyond other vets in the area when it comes to cat health.
May 27 · Stacy FitzpatrickI take all three of my cats here. The vet techs are so sweet and absolutely adore your animals and it shows! Dr. K is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and compassionate.
March 18 · Beth MeyerI cannot recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. My cat was brought in for a routine vaccination, and the veterinarian insisted on keeping her for observation. Tragically, three days later, she passed away while still in their care. On the second day, she spiked a fever, and I requested to see her. However, I was told there was no available space for me to visit her. I deeply regret leaving her there and wish I had taken her elsewhere. This entire experience has been devastating. The clinic has withheld critical information, refusing to release test results until the remaining bill is paid. I later discovered inconsistencies in their reports, including conflicting accounts regarding the antibiotics administered and potentially the cause of death itself.I requested access to video footage of my cat’s final moments, but this too has been delayed—over two months now—with no clear answers. The veterinarian originally claimed my cat passed peacefully, but when I finally saw her, she was stretched out with her eyes wide open, as if she had been distressed and searching for me. This contradicts their account and raises serious concerns about her treatment. On top of this, communication with the veterinarian has been dismissive and unprofessional. When I sought clarification about my cat’s treatment, the veterinarian responded with visible frustration, rolling her eyes and speaking in a manner that seemed evasive. My efforts to ask reasonable questions have been met with hostility rather than compassion. The day I went to pick up my cat, a staff member physically assaulted me, pushing me toward the door when I was calmly addressing my concerns with the veterinarian. When I asked her to stop, she used her body to force me out of the clinic. This behavior is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, I feel there is a discriminatory attitude toward outdoor cats at this clinic, as they appear to receive less care and consideration than indoor pets. The clinic seems overwhelmed, possibly understaffed or financially strained, which may have contributed to the negligence I witnessed.Their handling of this situation has been riddled with dishonesty and unprofessionalism. I am now considering legal action, as their negligence, misinformation, and mistreatment have caused immense emotional distress. This clinic has failed both me and my beloved cat in every conceivable way.
