Feb 09, 2025 · Shenita EtwarooTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!I won't go into all of the details here. I will say that customer services is horrible. I had concerns, I requested to speak with someone who in the corporate office and I was refused 3x. I spoke with the lead person initially on 4/21 and requested a name. I was told I had spoken with the main doctor. I again asked to speak with someone higher up outside of the clinic. I was told they would get back with me. I didn't hear anything back until 4/25. I was told she spoke with someone. I again asked if I could speak with someone since I have that right. I just signed onto their well ness plan in February and since then has had concerns. Well, she said she would get back to me and it is now 5/1/25 and no response. Basically, my concerns are irrelevant as the lead person hasn't provided me a name and number and hasn't returned my call. This is how a new client is treated at Banfield!!! Now if I call WRAL NEWS and have them featured for poor customer services & care. I bet they will call me then. A client has a right to speak with anyone and not be ignored. Please don't try and show face by saying you care about your customers or tell me to email anyone. I'm being respectful by not naming the person name !
May 01, 2025 · Ebee BrownI called on Friday to schedule an appointment for my pet and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally picked up, they hung up on me. I called back, but they said they were closed. The next day, I called again and scheduled an appointment for Monday. When I arrived for the appointment, it turned out nothing was scheduled. I am very disappointed with their customer service. I drove 30 minutes to get there, taking time out of my busy schedule as a full-time student and worker. My pet needed to be seen, but they were booked up and couldn’t fit her in. I will not be returning to this location.
