★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I moved years ago and switched to a vet closer to my home. I recently decided to make the drive and return, and I'm very happy I did. KKM staff are STILL amazing and the services are more affordable than other local veterinarian offices. Thank you to all of you!
April 11 · Carrie DavidI’m writing this review to share information about pricing, as it may be helpful for others budgeting for veterinary care. I called to get a ballpark estimate for a routine cat spay, including the initial exam and rabies vaccination (required for spay procedure). The total came to around $750. I’ve been quoted significantly less at other clinics, so this seemed on the higher end. It’s something to keep in mind when exploring your options!
June 27 · Jessica WirtleyI'd give them less than a one but I guess I can't. We called at 8 am when they opened to get our dog in to have her put down, because she is 16 years old and couldn't walk or see.She was suffering and not eatung or drinking anything. She was doing fine for a while walking using the bathroom playing a bit then it hit out of nowhere. And they told us that we couldn't get her in until 4pm. I'm not sorry this was just wrong, absolutely wrong. Moores in Franklin had a booked up schedule and they got us in immediately so our poor girl didn't have to suffer anymore. We had been taking our animals there our entire lives. To be denied closure to adhere to a schedule is evil. That just shows this place is about money and money only. I remember when this place was about family. I will never go back to this place ever again. REST EASY PRINCESS. I love you more than you'll ever know.
June 30 · Grant StoneI took my dog Bailey as a new pet for their practice and I was very impressed. The moment we walked in the front desk techs were amazing, and even helped me as I am on a mobility walker. The tech in the room was very friendly and welcoming taking things slow with my girl. The vet was absolutely fantastic, she did a complete exam and took time to explain everything to help maintain as well as to improve Baileys health. I have already made month appointments for nail appointments and see wonderful things happening at this location. I highly recommend to everyone, and already have to family.
March 11 · John MooreI’ve entrusted KKM with the care of all my animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). The 2 newest members of my family (2 black kittens) will also go when their wellness checks and vaccinations come do. Everybody at KKM are super friendly and all of them are animal lovers. They make what would normally be stressful to my animals a fun experience.
