BluePearl Pet Hospital Reviews
There are not enough positive accolades for Blue Pearl and all the folks who work there—from intake to doctors. We returned from a week away to find a very ill kitty, and rushed off to the Blue Pearl ER Vet. Doctors Sherrod, Stansbury, and their teams were kind, reassuring, and empathetic not only to our kitty’s needs, but also to ours. Oliver thanks you and so do we!!
Jun 30, 2025 · Denise TodloskiI can’t give enough compliments and thanks, in this small space, for the compassion and care my dog received. I’ve never needed the care of an ER vet, but my Yorkie got sick so fast, while we were visiting here in NC. I’m so glad I found BluePearl. The vets and techs took the time to really explain what was going on and when we had to come back two days later, they helped me understand that I was making the right choice to let my dog go and I wasn’t just giving up on him. The room they set us up in was comfortable and private, they brought him to me wrapped up in a soft fleece blanket and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. They gently explained the process and gave me loving support. I know my dog received the best care possible. I hope anyone reading this review will know their pets will be loved and taken care of if you decide to take them to Blue Pearl. Thank you everyone at Blue Pearl.
Jan 25, 2025 · Donna JonesBlue Pearl has always been caring and supportive whenever my puppies became sick. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They understand costs can be high when caring for your pup so they try to work with you on the best costs to fit your budget. All though most of the costs have to be paid up front they try to keep the costs down to help your fur baby. They have always been wonderful and the staff is great. The doctors are so caring. I have always been impressed with the entire staff.
May 22, 2025 · iris ocasioCalled them in the middle of the night cause my cat was very sick. The staff were very sweet. Other places when I called only cared about price . I had to put my cat down that I had for 17 years and the staff was so sweet about everything. His ashes even came back faster than what they said . My experience was better here than the other place in Durham, that one is just a nightmare to deal with when your pet is dying. So if you have a sick pet in the middle of the night definitely take them here.
Jun 26, 2025 · Tia LadegastWe brought our 8 year old Yorkie in because out of nowhere she began to cough followed by her losing her balance and very slowly going to her bed. We took her to BluePearl where the receptionist, nurse and veterinarian Dr. De Silva took excellent care of us.He found nothing wrong with her, and he was correct because she has returned to her old self. His reassurance allowed us to get through the evening and night in peace and our doggie is fine!
