★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Im very disappointed ☹️WORST service and customer service from DR Wilson, Carson and their crewI went to get an Identity declaration for my 3 pets to start the process of exporting my pets to AustraliaThey did a mistake in the birthdate while filling out the application for one of them, time went by and did’t get the endorsement by USDA until they found out to get that corrected, the Certified VET by the USDA DR Wilson, was on leave of absence and could contacted her, because its “illegal” by the time they could fix that, The USDA wouldn’t approve it had been too long. So I don’t get that for one of my petsMy biggest dissatisfaction is that they DONT CARE!!!!Nobody has reached out to help or anything. Not even offered a refund for the service that wasn’t provided.I still don’t have the Identity declaration for my dog 7 months after.NOBODY CARES!!!!!This is my little dog that has to be quarantined 30 days instead of 10 because of the poor service provided at this facility
May 11 · KGOWe have been taking our pup here for a couple of years, and he is always treated with utmost patience and kindness. Today, Whiskey just did not want to get out of the car when he realized he was going in to the vet. After 20 minutes trying to cajole him, we asked the staff for help and boy, did they turn up! They walked out to the lot to check his vitals and the doc was ready to come out as well. Eventually Whiskey was won over and did go in because of the patience and positive reinforcement shown to him. This is the kind of support you need from caregivers as our animals try to navigate this scary world created by humans. Deeply deeply appreciative of everyone involved!!
July 27 · Anushree MishraVery unprofessional staff. I made a virtual appt for my dog (scheduler recommended) she told me the appt was on Tuesday at 5:00, but actually scheduled it for Wednesday at 5:00. I received a confirmation call saying it was Wednesday, I let them know I was told that the appt was on Tuesday, not Wednesday. I had a conflict and rescheduled for 12:30PM on Wednesday instead. Wednesday comes, my appt is at 12:30PM 15 min past the time I called to see if i was missing something for the virtual visit, they said that they were a little behind and that I would get a call in about an hour, no big deal. Finally 3:30 rolls around and still no call. I called back to see what was going on, and was assured that I would be called shortly. I let her know I would only be available until 4:00 and she again assured me the vet would call me soon. At 4:15 I finally got a call, I told her how unprofessional it was for them to be almost 4 hours late at this point to an appt that was scheduled for 12:30 and the Vet informs me that she "didn't know it was a scheduled time". I will not be going back to this location, they are not organized and couldn't even give a courtesy call that the vet was running 4 hours late.
August 20 · Bailey SullwoldI would like to share my experience with Banfield Pet Hospital (The Orchards) over the past year. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and really caring about both my cat’s needs as well as my own concerns.Dr Allison Wolfel, is a professional that does great job. She informs and educates me about my cat’s conditions in fine detail. She gives me options, takes things one step at a time, and uses a cost-sensitive approach to control my expenses. Banfield doesn’t recommend nor performs unnecessary tests/procedures that cost me more money. My cat has had some serious issues this last year due to his old age. Dr. Wolfel and her team have provided expert care and treatment for him and I will not take him anywhere else. I can count on them for whatever I need. Their Optimal Wellness Plan makes my cat’s routine health maintenance more affordable and provides things such as unlimited office and virtual visits, preventative care, and discounts on other services. From my personal experience, I consider them the best veterinary services in the area.
November 17 · Alena LaputsinaBanfield has some of the most caring and dedicated vets I’ve ever encountered, all three of our cats are treated there, dr. Callicut and dr. Hruska are incredibly kind and goes above and beyond everytime we reach out via email on questions we have, even during holidays. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness.
