★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love this vet! Always have availability when we need it, never had to wait for more than a day or so to get an appointment. Last year our puppy got sick and they had us in within an hour!! Super reasonably priced and they are upfront about all costs. I never feel pressured to do anything we don’t want to and they make recommendations without being pushy. We have three dogs from 2-12 years old and they always take good care of them. Super convenient location too just ten minutes away from our house!
April 24 · Rachel AOur dog got out Thursday evening, we found her on next door app and the person told us they gave her to paws and claws vet. I went Friday afternoon to get her and they refused to service me until 2:30. The older receptionist lady was beyond rude when I asked about a price. Stated that I am here on her lunch. I was on the phone with them before I walked to the door and they did not communicate that they were on lunch. I went there for my lunch to get her and they refused. They then texted me 1:52 (didn’t call me back) and stated that it would be $183 dollars to get her. I got out of work at 6pm and they were closed for the weekend. Our 13 year old dog now has to spend they entire weekend away from her family while our 7 and 4 year old boys cry their eyes out over her this Is Not a caring facility Heed the other bad reviews about their absolute lack of customer serviceThis is exploitation and the front desk staff needs and evaluation. She said, and I quote “You’re the one that lost your dog not me”
June 21 · Deja Ramosive been coming here for years until this year we had to switch vets due to distance and my doggy getting older and not being able to make it the whole ride without getting anxious BUT! paws and claws has always been pretty good to us and the i always felt like my dog was well taken cared of there. im not sure why others in the reviews had negative experiences, i suspect they’re isolated events because the girls at the front are so caring and great! techs and doctors are professional and informative. make sure you guys take care of your pets and create plans with insurance before accidents happen!
April 15 · ashDO NOT COME HEREI'm writing this review out of deep concern and frustration following my friend's recent experience at this clinic. Her beloved cat, Robin, was sick and the vet made completely unfounded accusations of neglect, claiming she wasn't feeding Robin adequately. I find it completely unjust and baffling This situation has caused immense distress, and I feel it's important for others to know about this experience.
July 25 · JenniI’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Paws and Claws. They never answer the phone and only respond to texts, which is incredibly inconvenient when you’re trying to schedule an appointment. I called multiple times in one day just to set something up because they don’t allow online booking, and they claimed I only called once—even after I showed proof of my call logs. When I finally did get in, the staff was completely disengaged, more focused on talking to each other than paying attention to the animals. To make matters worse, the nurse who gave my 8-week-old puppy her vaccinations was breedist and implied I needed to do better training—after I’d only had her for about a week.On top of that, they bring in their own dogs and cats and leave them under the desk, where they bark and growl at each other, making the other animals anxious. It’s honestly unsafe and unprofessional. To top it all off, they had the audacity to make me feel bad about being behind on my puppy’s vaccines, which wouldn’t have happened if they’d just answered their phones. Overall, a rude and careless experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who actually cares about their petsAnd before I get the response "please call the clinic to make things right" like the whole review says they don't answer their phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with this place. Just hope my new vet has an easier time getting my vet records than I did.ps she got her rabies. my insurance and receipt can confirm. they just don't keep track of things correctly apparently.
