Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital Reviews
My cat, Tom Marley, had been a patient with Brandywine vet since we moved to East Fallowfield almost 3 years ago. We went a couple of times for well visits, but unfortunately last week I got some bad news about Tom. Dr. Rockwood and Amanda were so helpful, caring, and compassionate when I received the bad news about Tom. They helped me understand my options and walked me through everything. I unfortunately had to put Tom to rest just a few short days after his diagnosis, and Dr. Daniel and Amanda were so empathetic and caring. Tom was comfortable and relaxed thanks to them. Just a few hours after I had gotten home, I had flowers and a beautiful card sent to me by BVVH. I wanted to thank the DRs, nurses, and front desk who helped Tom Marley and me through this difficult time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Apr 01, 2025 · Lauren HowardBVVH has taken care of our herd for years! I love the quality of care and amenities that are available to us. Every vet tech, staff member, and vet has been professional and compassionate. And we are so thankful to Cathy for teaching our little Fozzi that grooming sessions are the best experiences ever!
May 12, 2025 · Kelly WilliamsWe love it here and so do our cats and dog! Everyone is very very nice, incredibly informative and empathetic. Highly recommend. They were patient with our dogs GI issues and resolved it quickly, along with getting our new kitty Milton acclimated to the world. 10/10
Apr 30, 2025 · Serena ScanzilloWe have switched our pets to Brandywine Valley Vet after we needed someone closer by for an emergency and our regular vet (from years ago, before we bought our home) couldn’t get us in quickly. We’ve been pleased with the quickness in scheduling, ease of communication, the friendly and informative staff, as well as how great they’ve been with our pups. Between regular vet visits and more urgent situations (broken nail, injury from another dog, eye infection, injury from groundhog…), we know our 3 pups are in good hands and well cared for. I like that any meds needed are available on site and that they call to check on how they’re doing in the days after the appointments. I recommend them to our friends locally! Also, it’s important to note that many of our pets (we have 2 cats too), have been adopted from the spca. We had utilized their Malvern clinic for ease and location when we lived elsewhere, but after switching, we’ve found that even the prices are similar to the clinic. As a pet parent of multiple pets, this is important for us in addition to everything else mentioned above!
May 22, 2025 · Alicia LongI cannot say enough great things about this practice. Our cats were not patients at Brandywine Valley Vet the first time I called. We were having an emergency with one of our cats and our usual vet was unexpectedly closed and Brandywine Valley saw us immediately. We have since permanently moved all three of our cats to them. The level of compassion, kindness, empathy, and a genuine love for animals that we have experienced from every single team member is everything you could ever want for your pets and family. The cat hospital being separate from the rest of the practice is unique and has made visits so much gentler on our babies. We have [unfortunately] had all three of our cats there for different emergencies and Dr. Cafaro has always been very patient and attentive as well as spot on with his diagnoses. When one of our cases was transferred to a different doctor over the weekend, we found Dr. Mooney to be just as wonderful.Their prices are so reasonable and we have never once felt pressured to do anything when there. They do not tack unnecessary expenses onto the bill and have always been very considerate of our financial position.Thank you Brandywine Valley Vet for always taking such great care of Indigo, Ernie, and Pickles. We could not be happier to have found you!-The Chiodos
