I’ve been bringing my dog to Banfield for 5 years, but my most recent experience was deeply upsetting. Over the course of my pet’s three-day treatment, every single person at the front desk was unprofessional and rude. Both the front desk staff and the manager were consistently unfriendly, and they are the main reason I will not be returning. Communication was poor, with little clarity about the services being performed or their pricing. I didn’t speak with a vet until the final day, and while they were professional, the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I truly hope Banfield takes meaningful steps to improve how they treat both pets and their owners.

Banfield is terrific! A painless experience (for me anyway, idk how painless it was for the pupper! Lol) their health plan for the dogs are fantastic !They always call me to talk through my puppys treatments or concerns! I love that i can go to any banfield in an emergency!

Dr Greene and her amazing team saved the day a few weekends okay for my family and I. Our dog somehow had half of his ear cut off. This location was SPECTACULAR. From when we called and spoke with Harry, he was very kind and quick to action, we were able to get our dog in immediately, with little to no wait. Dr Greene and her assistant, Quinn, were so calm and patient with my wife and I but got him in to surgery ASAP! We’ve had no complications since then and just wanted to extended a heartfelt thank you for my family to them. 10/10 can’t recommend enough! P.S. my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised with the cost for an emergency visit, his surgery and all of the home care things we were sent home with. Again, the best possible outcome for the situation we were in

I had to wait almost 40 minutes for a scheduled appt time. Even though they were running super behind, I had to go up to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. Once in the room, the tech still not once apologized for the delay and had an "oh well" attitude once I told her I couldn't stay for an exam due to the extended delay. I came for vaccines and left without getting them. Total disappointment. I'll stick to my normal Banfield.

My cat had to have a loose tooth extracted. The actual vet team is amazing and called me 5 times with updates and information. My car didn’t do well under anesthesia. That being said…The desk staff and Banfield Wellness customer service lie and scam customers for money. That surgery was $235. They told me I could do a payment plan. 18 months later, I paid $50 monthly. Yeah, I don’t have that kind of money, and I was never even handed a bill. So 18 months later I went in to find out how much that surgery was and how much more I had to pay thinking the monthly $50 was the “payment plan”, but the lady told me they signed me up for Banfield Wellness because it would have been cheaper. That wellness plan varies a one year sentence. So $50 x 12 months is $600. You tell me how that makes sense. Banfield Wellness had a class action lawsuit filed for scamming customers like this. Look it up.You can’t cancel Banfield Wellness at a branch. So I called to say I wanted a bill since I never got one. I only found out the cost was $235 when I asked him while I was calling to cancel. I asked for a refund for the 6 months I continued to pay for nothing after the one year Banfield Wellness sentence they say I committed to. I asked for a copy of the papers I signed (I honestly don’t remember), and they said they would send that but didn’t. THE KICKER…. Even though they charged my card for 18 months, the idiot told me the only way for me to get a refund was to give them my bank account information. Hilarious. So a stranger wanted my bank account info over the phone, and also has all of my personal information and when I called him on how stupid this, he said “well I’m not the one asking for a refund”. So I asked for a paper check. He said he would send it. Yeah, I never got that check.This is why there is a lawsuit. They are thieves and scammers. Do not recommend if it prevents anyone else from having to go through so much disrespect and financial loss from people who truly do not care.Veterinary Emergency Group- Greenville on Woodruff and MY Pets Wellness are better.
