While it's always best to contact the hospital directly for the most current and specific service details, their typical offerings include:
- Preventative and Wellness Care: This foundational aspect of their service includes regular comprehensive exams, tailored vaccination protocols (including rabies, distemper/parvo, feline leukemia, parvovirus, bordetella, leptospirosis, and Lyme disease based on pet's needs and lifestyle), and robust parasite control programs (for fleas, ticks, and heartworm). - Surgical Services: Banfield offers standard surgical procedures, including routine spaying and neutering. More complex soft tissue surgeries may also be available, all performed with attention to anesthesia monitoring and patient safety.
- Dental Care: Professional dental cleanings are provided to support oral health, and many locations also perform dental extractions and other oral surgery procedures, crucial for preventing periodontal disease and improving overall pet health.

Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
They are always pretty nice and responsive, I'm a fan. But it would be nice if they were quicker to fulfill prescriptions for Chewy so we don't run out of dog's meds...But in all a good spot.
Apr 12, 2025 · Jon YankI have taken my Chiweenie to Banfield for 12 years. They also cared for the dog I had before Zee. The professionalism and care that they show my dog is above and beyond. They always call us by name, schedule appointments easily and the veterinarians are attentive, qualified and actually LISTEN! Ronda is a gem and very friendly and helpful. I love Banfield and so does Zee!
May 08, 2024 · Lorin RichterWe recently took our puppy to Banfield and had a great experience! Our tech was Rose and vet was Dr. Patala. Both were super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Everyone who we came across in the office was so kind and friendly. All of our questions were answered! Highly recommend
Feb 17, 2025 · Philycia FooteWe’ve been using the vets at the Conshohocken Banfield hospital for almost 20 years. They, as well as their staff, have always been very professional, caring, and honest about the care of our fur babies. I would like to give a shout out to Rhonda on behalf of are beloved cats: Rodney, and Lexi, as well as our current little guys: Lenny and Penny. Thank you!
Apr 10, 2024 · Kathy DuranDr Patala is cold and could care less about your pet. He kept calling our female cat he/him even after correcting him. We took her in for her last shot and to check on her incision from her spay and he did NOT even look when that's why we made this appt and rudely walked out without a goodbye or anything. Other staff are nice but we will not be returning because we don't ever want to see him again.
