★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. Their empathy and compassion and kindness are truly amazing. We brought our beloved Cassie here for about the last 2 years of her time with us, and I believe she was so much more comfortable and happy with the care she received from allThe doctors and technicians alike. A wonderful experience and my recommendation comes as high as they can!
June 09 · Brandi ConrowWe take all three of our cats here and are very happy with Dr. Lane and the staff. Our cats have various health issues and they've received a lot of support and excellent care here. Our daughter has also been taking her two cats here for years and she is the one who referred us here. We're so glad she did!
April 20 · L MI love, love, love this place! My sick, elderly cat was lethargic this morning, and my regular vet is closed on Saturdays. Village Vets was able to get me in for a noon appointment, and Dr. Tan spent a TON of time reviewing vet records and making excellent recommendations for medications to help jump-start my cat’s appetite and help with her nausea. A long appointment, hydration and several medications later, the bill came…and it was incredibly reasonable! Far more so than my (not-to-be-mentioned) regular vet, where the veterinarian has been known to stand over his assistants as they input charges to ensure not a single penny is left uncharged.Suffice it to say, I now have a new “regular” vet! 🐱
August 26 · RachelI can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lane and her staff. We went to her for a second opinion and she squeezed our dog in the next day. She went above and beyond for our dog and we are forever grateful that we found her. We were shown a lot of kindness and compassion during a really hard time. Our dog ultimately passed away and Dr. Lane sent us a beautiful card in the mail that really touched us and meant so much. I would recommend her to anyone.
January 27 · Courtney GillespieAnother women’s run entity that knocks it “ out of the park.” Dr. Lane and her staff are top notch in their approach to their furry clients as well as to the pet parents. There is always a most welcome - not hurried, personal touch to each visit. Too bad more human medical visits can’t mirror this style of communication.
