Even though they don’t see pet birds this animal hospital was still the first go to when it comes to emergencies. My pet Quaker’s toe was stuck between the doors of its cage. The toe came off and was bleeding non stop. I ran to this hospital and everyone there was just so nice. They showed absolute care and stop the bleeding. They also offered us a bird hospital where my parrot could get treated. Thank you all so much😢🙏 - Judy T.G

  • Customer Reported Concerns (Negative):
    • Perceived Lack of Empathy and Focus on Cost: A significant concern highlighted by one extensive review was the immediate discussion of walk-in fees and expected costs (e.g., $1,000) before any concern or compassion was shown for the pet's condition or the owner's distress.
    • Inappropriate Staff Behavior: One reviewer described a staff member laughing at their cat's name during an emergency, which was seen as highly inappropriate given the emotional circumstances.
    • Limited Owner Presence During Care: The inability to accompany a pet to the back for examination and a lack of explanation upon return were points of distress for a client.
    • Poor Communication and Follow-up: The review detailed instances of staff picking up phones while the client was speaking through tears, and a dismissive response when asking to speak with someone else. A lack of clear explanation about services rendered or findings was also noted.
