First time with an aquarium and Glass Aquatics has made it a great experience. I went several times before pulling the trigger. I went several times and discussed with their staff on what my needs were as well as what is possible for me. They blew it out of the water from the get go. I ended up buying a Red Sea G2+ 250 and have had a great experience. Vanessa the owner made the ordering process easy and stress free. I was able to schedule their amazing service techs Kelsey and Ruben to assist with the setup as well as aqua scaping. With their assistance the tank was set up within a few hours and ready for stocking within a week making the entire experience stress free. Kelsey and Ruben ended up also helping me pick out my first coral which was a gorgeous Utter Chaos polyp which is growing great and multiplying in my tank. I consistently go back and have a great experience every time I go to the store. They always have helpful advice to ensure you don’t kill everything in your tank. With everything they do and the passion they put in they have earned a long time customer in me. I hope to keep coming to the store to always see the array of coral and fish they have available.

Beautiful store , nice , clean and organized. The fish are all well taken care of . I have had mine for a few weeks , very healthy and no sickness . Come visit them . I went for the saltwater fish but they have a wide selection of freshwater as well .

Anytime I have had a question about something they always have the answer and solution. Vanessa helped me order my new Reefer 525 XL tank and the whole set up that i needed to go with it a few years ago. The guys came out and did an outstanding job getting it all set up and ready to go! The new store is AMAZING, love the “filling station” for the RO and Salt Water. If you’re not going here for your fish and tank needs-you’re missing out-they are in this business because they literally love and care about what they do, and they have the customers best interest in mind.When my tank went haywire (my fault-learning curve) I did an overhaul with Kelsey and she got me back to perfection!Ember is one of my favorite people ever! She is full of knowledge and knows her corals, and Andres is always more than helpful and I’m so glad he’s back! I feel like family there!

I was told they had an option to text the store so I could get my information in writing (I have retention issues I made clear in my first message that require me to have things in writing or I can't retain the information, especially in a stimulating place like a fish shop.) my question was about what species of clam they have available, so that I could get my tank ready for a specific species *before* driving a two hour round trip to get the clams (what kind of psycho goes to buy an animal without knowing their care requirements?) after a few messages back and forth explaining that I cannot "just come in to discuss," I was finally told someone named "Ruben" would help me when he was done with his duties. 3 hours later, "Ruben" messaged me asking about my tank parameters. I responded immediately with that information and never heard back. 24 hours later, I asked if they just didn't want my business, as "Ruben" had never responded. I was immediately told I was being impatient, and maybe I should shop somewhere else if I can't come to their location to get this information in person. I explained again that, due to a disability (autism,) I cannot get the information in person, I need it via text so that I can reference it. The response I got was "how in the heck are we supposed to know you have a disability??" To which I responded that I said as much in each of my first two messages. I was then told that my accommodation requirements are "unreasonable." I asked if they have a sign interpreter on staff to help with the deaf community, or how they would handle a deaf customer who needed information on a fish. No response. I tried to conclude the conversation several times while they kept messaging me telling me how rude and unreasonable I was being. All while calling me "sir" an insane number of times. I'm not a sir, but even if I were, no one needs to say it that much.I hope this business fails. After 20 years in customer service, being spoken to as I was today was atrocious, and I truly, from the bottom of my heart, hope this business goes under.
