★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently moved to this area and needed a veterinarian to begin routine preventative maintenance and care on my 1 year old champion Black Lab. I made an appointment with Dr Wagener and let me tell you, she was great. Dr Wagener and her staff did a comprehensive exam and administered several routine shots to my dog Blue. Their customer service is excellent and they made it very easy to check in and to check out, including having required medication’s on hand to give to me. I definitely will be coming back and I think this is a five star business. We are lucky to have them in this area.
August 01 · Bob BesleyI had an amazing experience with Rhonda and Dr Wagner! They went above and beyond to help us when our usual vets weren't available over the weekend. The facility was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Both vets were incredibly friendly, kind, and took the time to go over everything in detail. They did an excellent job on my girl’s C-section, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for the level of service provided! I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care. 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you so much, Dr Wagner and Rhonda! You will definitely be seeing us again!
February 11 · Karla RealingWould give this place zero stars if I could. Have had two bad experiences with this vet. One was last year and most recent was today. Had an 11:30 appointment to have my dog euthanized as she wasn’t doing well at all. Don’t know what good appointments are because I had to sit in my car until around 12:45 before finally moving inside to a room. Ended up waiting a good while before anyone even came into the room. My poor girl was suffering and they just took their sweet time. I brought her home instead of having her cremated and they didn’t even put her in a normal bag after a euthanasia. She was halfway in a black trash bag and halfway wrapped up in a blanket… honestly don’t know why this place is still in business. Horrible place
June 09 · Laurel HallmanOur dog was scheduled at 1 pm on a Monday! We have been a partner with this vet for 14 + years .. we have an older dog and a 2 year old ... we have had our 2 year old visit regularly! ... she has had all her shots and been boarded and groomed here .... however recently we have tried to get our dog groomed and it has been a shit show! We live in Columbia and bring our pups all the way to Batesburg for service. Both me and my spouse work and live in Columbia... so we go out of our way to come here because we thought it mattered! ... today was the last straw ... and this isn't the first... they gave us a time for grooming at 1 pm ... so my significant other left work early to get our dog there by 1. .... I work an hour from home and was prepared to get our dog from the groomers by 3 or 4 ... 2 to 3 hours .. surely enuff time ... I arrived at 345 and was told it would be a "few more hours" ... this establishment closes at 6 ... so your telling me that I dropped my dog ( 1 year old dog that is just getting used to being anywhere but home) off for 3 hours before you could get to her!!! ... unacceptable!! If you went to get your haircut(even at a walk in place) and your appointment was at 1 and nobody touched you for 3 hours you would be pissed!! And so am i!!! The excuse i was given was there was a pair of great Pyrenees before her! ... crap! If my dog is scheduled at 1 that's when she gets cut ... she should not have to wait in a pen for 3+ hours for her appointment!! We will be searching for a new vet/ groomer!!!!!!
