★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Asked for a product. Yeah we have it. At work so wife goes. When I get home see that it is wrong. Call they say yeah we have it sorry for mistake. Get there at closing time and product is still wrong. Told they would return my money. Nah what about my gas, time, the animals that needed the product? Vet seemed ill that I caught him at closing time and asked questions. I can use what he left in pickup area for our animals so refund isn't needed but dang how about some customer service and say sorry that you drove 30 miles twice for the wrong product we don't carry. Nope just free attitude and smugness. Wife says front desk ladies are very pleasant and nice. Never made it inside talked to vet in pickup area.
