I got my beautiful Pomeranian here a couple years ago. He was very healthy then and still is now. He has grown from a little monkey into a handsome young man. The owner made sure I was experienced in caring for a small dog before he would sell him to me. I have had no reason to doubt the quality and care of their animals. My experience was great and I would get another dog from them.

If it wasn't for amy & her staff I wouldn't have my adorable perfect baby gia...even though I was annoying🤣 & called Amy everyday for like two weeks with questions she was patient with me & answered every question ...also very knowledgeable...I thank them for giving me the best.. healthiest puppy ever!! I highly recommend them...p.s. the store & pups are amazingly clean & well cared for!! Go get your forever baby from them ... you won't regret it ❤️🖤

From the beginning, Rachel was so kind in answering all of our questions. The information included in the packet they give you going home is extensive, and the breeder's information is included. You can do your own due diligence and see that they don't work with puppy mills. Kelce is fitting in perfectly with her two older brothers, Loki and Thor, and becoming sassier and sassier by the day!

She was bathed and smelled so good! They were so helpful with everything I needed from financing to setting up her crate, bedding, bowls, toys, food etc. They have it all! Clothes, leashes, collars, strollers, bowls, treats etc. The owners were so nice! So many cute puppies in there!

I will say there have been many medical problems with him throughout the year, but nothing too difficult that I have been worried about. But I was in town today with him so my friend and I figured we would stop by to pay the shop a visit. No where online did it say that dogs were not allowed in the store, along with the fact that they promote being a grooming salon and boutique along with being a pet shop. The second I walked in holding my chihuahua, the owner immediately approaches us and unkindly tells us we are not allowed to bring dogs into the store. I would understand if this was simply just a pet shop, but to promote being a grooming salon and boutique as well is confusing. Also, work on your customer service behaviors because that certainly was not “premium service” as the website likes to advertise. Disappointing experience and I hope that the puppies are treated better than I was.
