★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love Banfield services and the Optimum Wellness Plans. The plans make it affordable and I've had mine since my fur babies haven't been puppies. I've seen how much I've saved versus going to vets or clinics without it. The people are great and I always get a call as a reminder when my fur baby needs a visit or a reminder of my appointment the day before. When we drop off our baby the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are great and have been caring for my babies for almost 5yrs. I would definitely recommend Banfield as your first choice for your fur babies care.
June 12 · Anne DamMy dog had unexplained vomiting starting from the day I brought him home. I took him to so many vets trying to figure out what was going on, but no one really seemed to take it seriously. Most just defaulted to giving him a 3-month allergy shot without digging any deeper. It was frustrating—both because of the cost and because I felt like no one was actually helping him get better.A neighbor recommended Banfield, and signing up for the wellness plan has honestly made such a difference. Dr. Chang-Hsiu Chen and Teresa really took their time to listen to everything I’d noticed and were so thoughtful and thorough in their approach. They helped me start putting together pieces that other vets had missed, and for the first time, I felt like I had a team that actually cared and knew what they were doing. I went in again recently, and Teresa not only remembered us but was able to provide answers specific to my dog because she was so knowlegeable about everything we had uncovered about his sensitivities in previous appointments.Since then, my dog has gone from vomiting 1–3 times a week to just a few times a month—and it’s continuing to improve with the changes we’re making.I also really appreciate that with the wellness plan, I can bring him in when I need to without stressing about a huge bill just for an exam. And the chat feature on the app has been super helpful when I’ve been worried and just needed to talk to someone quickly.
June 14 · Lilit SWe pay for the wellness plan specifically for the convenience of a chain hospital, certainly not for outstanding quality of service. But our recent visit demonstrated that even the convenience factor isn't reliable. They were sold out of the brand of prescription urinary food my dog eats. I wanted to buy a few cans of another brand to hold us over until our online order came. They would not allow us to buy the other brand without an appointment, even though they have access to all of our dog's records being that this is a chain. What is the point of belonging to a chain hospital if you're going to operate them as if they're separate and unaffiliated?
April 16 · Lauren LeeAbsolutely the worst customer service they book appointments for people to wait and have one person there that is absolutely wrong. Have an appointment when they make you wait 30 minutes.
July 14 · nick borrelliI have been going to this Banfield location with my now senior dog for seven plus years and unlike other veterinarian clinics this place really has staff that cares and treats its clients and fur babies with care. They never push unnecessary exams or products and the veterinarians and techs really try to provide you with accurate information and care tips for your pet. I highly recommend this place for their service of care and overall professionalism. I do wish they would maintain the cost down because that will bring more people to the hospital and will help pet owners continue coming back, but I think their prices unfortunately reflect the average price hikes for vet care.
