The public reviews highlight two key areas of expertise that set this hospital apart from a standard general practice. The team is known for its ability to handle both routine care and specialized procedures with a high level of professionalism. The services offered by the hospital, as evidenced by customer experiences, include:
Dog Ear Cropping: One of the most frequently mentioned services in public reviews is dog ear cropping. Another defining feature is their understanding and respect for all types of dogs, including high-drive working-line breeds. Rose City Veterinary Hospital Reviews
If you’re getting your dog’s ear cropped, then this is the place to go. I drove from vegas just so he could have the most knowledgeable doctors and safest experience. Professionals that have been doing it for years. My cane corso’s ears look great and there were no complications. Dr. Bleifer and her team are top tier. Bridget is so kind, informative, and helpful. They are really amazing and care about your animals. I cried dropping my pup off but they provided photos to make me feel better. We got lucky with the posting, as we only needed to do it for about 3 days and his ears have been standing ever since.
May 21, 2025 · Michele CI came to Rose City Veterinary Hospital based on a referral from my dog trainer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I have a working-line Dutch Shepherd, and finding a vet who understands his needs has been incredibly difficult. At other clinics, I’ve been told that my dog needed to be sedated or taken to the back without me present—none of which I was comfortable with.Dr. Khorikyan and the team at Rose City were absolutely incredible. They truly listened to my concerns and allowed me to be a part of the exam process, which made a world of difference. Being able to handle my own dog during the visit made everything go smoothly, and I really appreciated the respect and patience they showed us.On top of the outstanding care, their pricing is very reasonable. I was charged for an exam, bloodwork, and a urinalysis, and the cost was far more affordable compared to most other vets. Most importantly, I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments or tests—just honest, compassionate veterinary care.I’ll be moving both of my dogs to Rose City permanently, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a vet who truly understands dogs and their owners.
Feb 12, 2025 · Alisha KommareddyI have nothing but positive things to say about Rose City! The staff is so sweet. Appointments are always on time. Communication is consistent. Gloria specifically is amazing and has helped me with posting my doberman's ears. Thank you Rose City Veterinary for a great experience with my new pup!
May 06, 2025 · Brooke EdwardsI switched my greyhound to Rose City a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! He’s been seeing Dr. Domotor, and I’ve been so impressed by her knowledge, thoroughness, and attention to detail—she even caught things his previous vet had missed.Recently, she performed surgery to amputate one of his toes, and I was beyond grateful for how she and the staff kept me updated by text before, during, and after the procedure. Their communication and care made the whole experience so much more reassuring.A huge thank you to Dr. Domotor and the entire Rose City team for taking such wonderful care of my hound!
Feb 14, 2025 · Nicole WeaverDon't do it! BUT if you do bring your dogs here to crop their ears. I brought my doberman and let me tell you they look beautiful. At first I was scared due to some of the reviews but I never had an issue with anyone. The Dr. spoke with me before and after surgery which was reassuring. Everyone is also really nice especially Gloria who does the tapping afterwards. Only negative thing is the phones tend to be busy since they are so busy. I found it best to call after lunch. Here's a picture of my baby, enjoy.P.s. try not to do ear cropping during the rainy season. Her tape got wet multiple times which made the process so much longer and frustrating.
