★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Worst check in process ever. Had a 8:45am appt and my dog didn’t get checked in for drop off till 9:30am. There’s always a long line. There’s a reason I select an early morning drop off - because I have to work!
March 11 · Jas LI wanted to come on here and thank the lovely staff at the Culver City Banfield office! I've been bringing both of my cats here for years and have never had a bad experience. One of my cats (Spooky) is an absolute menace at the vet and I can't imagine trusting any other office with him. Everyone is so helpful and kind! Thank you so much!
March 16 · Vanessa RamirezI have no issues with Banfield Hosp. All visit results have been good and I like getting notifications about my baby Dior care
March 26 · Regina JinglesThe receptionists and vets have always been really nice to my dog and I, but a pretty low quality and impersonal vet in general. Many people have mentioned how over booked they are and “having an appointment” still means you could be there for hours before your pet is seen. Many times after like 1 or 2 hours I’ve come back and asked when he’ll be seen and they claim they’ll go tell the vet to “move him forward,” and then we’re out within 10 minutes. You speak to the vet for like 2 minutes tops afterward…Also paying $70/month doesn’t cover their yearly dental cleaning…crazy. I hate how they’re kept in the back for hours and only god knows what the conditions are like. In the front area there’s of always pee and dried pee, so I’m really hoping my doggo isn’t experiencing that back there as well. Overall, definitely would find a non-chain vet to care for your pup if you can!
January 05 · Anaya MosbyThey are great so caring to my babies.
