★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to speak with Jennifer at this clinic. For some odd reason this woman thinks she can speak to people with an unwarranted attitude and the people she's speaking to are just supposed to put up with it. My rescue organization has utilized vet offices across the entire country and I have never spoken to someone so ignorant and with so little professionalism. If they treat people the way I was spoken to, I don't imagine they care for the animals very well at all. None of the rescue animals I take out of GA will ever go here again even if the services with free.
June 09 · Blake MasonI had to put my cat down after an injury, and of course, his age, I will say Dr Hogan was amazing, very thorough with everything she had to tell me. Buttttt, the front desk staff! Lack professionalism, lack Customer service, lack empathy. I really hope they get talked too, because my two encounters that I had were not great whatsoever.
April 30 · Karen TrujilloThe vet was great. She told me everything I needed to know about our new puppy.
August 29 · Leslie MatthewsIf I could rate this place a -5 I would. My emotional support animal, my best friend, my cuddle buddy, my mother's cat who passed away and shadow baby was all I had left of her- had gotten sick and couldn't urinate. He was healthy the whole 9 years I had him. No problems at all. The vet did not tell me he was blocked - but told me he was inflamed. Gave my sick dying cat a RABIES SHOT. Ended up spending $300 on medicine for the inflammation, muscle spasms, and nausea. They knew my cat was going to pass away. They knew he was blocked. Instead of telling me and saying their condolences, they tried to make money. Why give a cat as a vet you know is going to pass, 7 days of medication. My precious Shadow baby passed within those 7 days of medication. He was more sick coming out of the vet than when he went in. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLEARLY ALL ABOUT PROFIT AND DO NOT HAVE A HEARTFELT CONNECTION TO ANIMALS. TAKE YOUR HURTING HEART ELSEWHERE.
January 21 · c zzFront office lady lied to me. Then denied lying. Not so great customer service. Gave ruby a spay and rabies. But never gave me paperwork for it
