★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had to rush our cat Dorito to Northwest Georgia Veterinary Emergency Hospital because he was gravely ill. I mentally prepared myself that he was not going to survive. The staff was amazing and they saved my boys life. He was hospitalized for the weekend and I called several times to check on him and not once did they care. They answered every question I had and I appreciate the steps they take to make sure that all of the animals there are protected from an illness another animal might have. I know for sure that without the staff here and their ability to think outside of the box my cat would have died. Dorito is home now and he is thriving. We are forever grateful.
July 24 · Heather WoodardThank you so much for taking care of my baby! She was 10 years old when she passed away. It was so unexpected.. The staff tried to help her but couldn’t. She passed right when we got her out of the car. They still rushed her to the back trying to save her because she was passing as soon as they were running in with her!I was worried because I seen the reviews, but I am glad I chose them to take care of my baby. They were so sweet and so supportive in this difficult time. I have had her since she was 7 weeks old! They took good care of her with what short time they had to save her.I appreciate you all ! Thank you again! Even though it wasn’t the outcome I wanted . .
June 17 · Rebecca MooreOn what truly felt like a nightmare, the angels at this vet provided a blanket of warmth, patience & understanding & comfort. My 18 year old dachshund started having seizures and I knew that it was time for him to cross over the rainbow bridge. Me and my husband walked in and I couldn't even speak because my heart was shattered.. they immediately took us into a private room to be with my sweet boy & they explained the process so delicately & allowed us to have time to process everything. When we were ready, Dr. Norby came in and talked to us and loved on my boy with us. She explained what was going to happen and was so supportive through the entire process. They made me a little pawprint keepsake for my precious boy & are sending him to be cremated & will also be giving me a laser engraved set of pawprints. They will never know how much their kindness and compassion meant to me, losing a pet is never easy but my baby was by my side through every major milestone in my life and in my children's lives. Thank you so much!
March 22 · Kristin GarrettSaved our fur baby's life. They performed life-saving surgery and provided regular updates throughout. Communication was excellent and they demonstrated true compassion and knowledge. Treated our fur baby as if it were their own. The office staff was very caring and supportive. The place is clean, and prices are reasonable. Had the opposite experience at Dogwood Emergency vet where I felt they only cared about how much money they could get out of you and had no compassion or real skill. This is the only place that I trust in case of an emergency.
July 15 · V NovicWe appreciate all the staff and Dr. Lambert. It is with great sadness that we had to put our baby down. She was so full of love and always did so good with everyone at the vet. She will be missed
