Cold Spring always takes great care of our two dogs. They are very helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions we have. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for years and we know when we go here we’ll get reliably good service and people who care.
Jun 28, 2025 · Tyler TekaucicWe take all 3 of our kitty cats to Dr. Martin here at Cold Spring and we have never had a negative experience. As far as being able to be seen within a timely manner, they have ALWAYS gotten us in pretty quickly and even quicker for any emergency that we have had. Dr. Martin and her staff are very thorough and explain everything in detail. I recommend them highly and will always bring all of my animals to them. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see.
Mar 27, 2025 · Nicole LacroixThe team here has been an absolute lifesaver for our furry family. With all our pets for over a decade—all with very different personalities and medical needs—it has been easy to build trust. The staff make every visit smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable (as much as a vet visit can be!).My anxious dog Loki gets extra time and gentle handling, my mischievous cat somehow lets them do a full exam without a fight, and they’ve caught small health issues early that could have turned into big problems. They even remember details about each pet’s quirks, which shows how much they truly care. From emergency visits to routine checkups, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets’ health. If you have multiple pets and need a vet that treats each one like their own, this is the place! This place has saved more than one of our pets lives' over the years.I am truly grateful.
Mar 04, 2025 · Brandi RinghiserI will always bring my animals here- the compassionate care is unmatched. Dr. Martin, Dan, vet techs, and receptionists are all amazing. They are always available to help (even after hours) and are so kind. One of my cats is more medically complex and they have saved his life on more than one occasion. Frankie is so much more healthy and happy with his new meds and diet. We couldn’t be more thankful for them!
Apr 12, 2024 · Erika LyndRecently i had a bad experience here when i went, my checkup went all fine as the staff was absolutely amazing and they have a very sweet and nice staff! But when one of the girls made a mistake some guy named dan i think? Pulled the girl into a room and all i could hear was some sweet girl absolutely balling her eyes out. Absolutely love the staff but the manager dan seriously needs to be checked out.
