Northtowne Animal Clinic Reviews
My husband and I take our 7 animals (plus the occasional stray) to Northtowne. The team there is absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. When we moved to Granville, our vet highly recommended Dr. Herrick. It was a great recommendation; he has helped us with the little things, checkups, deaths, stray cats, you name it. He is honest, has great "bedside manner" for our crew and is so knowledgeable. ***** for this team!

Apr 29, 2025 · Mary MorrisonWe were a last minute appointment after our dog was injured over the weekend. I called this morning with zero expectations of being able to be seen. Hilary got back to me quickly with an open slot. Once we got there the staff was attentive and really caring with our girl. They took her back for her all cleaned up and came and talked to us making us feel so much better about the situation. We were taken care of quickly and the entire staff were amazing!! Will definitely be getting our other dog seen there in the future!
Mar 19, 2024 · Shelby AhmadAs you can see nobody at the clinic responds to these reviews. This location is really only concerned with charging for shots, and nail trims. My Dog would not eat, drink, and was having a hard time moving. The receptionist told me to go to an emergency Vet. I just wanted the place I have spend thousands of dollars with to give me a 1st opinion, I was shown a lack of empathy, and told to go somewhere else.
May 28, 2024 · chad chesrownI've literally brought my cat in forever to this vet. Now their telling me they don't have his records and the receptionist was rude. Finally get them on the phone and they want to keep putting my on hold. How about taking care of one customer first or not.calling me back till you have time to assist. If your availability is that bad and your that busy, hire more help. Absolutely unacceptable.
