I've never seen Rhonda R. Masterson their. Took my fur baby( Cat/Abe) there after some kids had beat him up. They put him in a kennel & said they would run ex-ray, told me they would call me as soon as they new something. Never received a call. Went up there next day when they opened. To sit with Abe. Comfort him & let him know I was still here for him. Abe was in a kennel "Not Clean"; Dry cat food in a bowl. No water. Had him hooked up to a IV. I would ask how is he doing. I was told it would take time. I would ask what was wrong with Abe, they say you will have to talk to the doctor but she's not in right now. I would stay from open to close, every day. Abe had been there since Saturday. On Thursday when I went in, one of the doctor's said if you can't get him to eat, he was going to die. I am asked again what was wrong with Abe ? We thing he has a broken jaw. "Tell me how dose a cat with a broken jaw eat dry cat food?" " THEY DO NOT " I ASK IF THEY WOULD PUT AS FEEDING TUBE IN FOR ME ? ANSWER WAS NO. I went home & called my regular Vet " Abfall Veterinary Clinic". They said they would call Masterson's have Abe released to me with his IV in so I could take him to "Abfall Veterinary Clinic." They said no problem... Ha ha. I go to pick Abe up. 1st before I could even see Abe I had to pay $320.00. Then they brought him out to me ( NO IV) nothing. I had blankets in his kennel. I drove with Abe In pain & crying all the way to almost Athens. Get there. They say where's his IV. They took it out. They took good care of Abe. He had a broken jaw & a hole up through his sinus cavity & pressure behind his eye. ( Abfall Veterinary Clinic is were I always go, because you can't trust Masterson Veterinary. Abfall Veterinary Clinic released the pressure behind his left eye. Wired his jaw shut & put in a feeding tube. After a day I took Abe home, for home care with lessons how too/how much to feed. It was going to take 6 weeks for this jaw to heal. Every week Abe went back to check-up & more food.Abe lived to be 35 years old, only because of Abfall Veterinary Clinic they get 6 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. THEY ARE EXTREMELY WISE EXCELLENT WITH ALL FUR BABIES - Lilly Snider
