May 02, 2025 · Danaesha ClaytonOur first visit was exceptional. The receptionist made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute she answered the phone. The vet tech was amazing with my cat. My cat was a stray we had taken care of for 10 years before getting her comfortable enough to come live in the house. She had never been to a real vet appointment. She was so scared. The vet tech was so kind and gentle with her. When the vet came in he was also great with her. My cat was sick and the vet gave me extra care options for her but specifically said "no pressure" and I know he meant it. They made me feel like I was a long time client they really knew. I felt like they not only really cared about my cat but me as well. The whole experience could not have been any better.
Apr 15, 2025 · Lisa AvicolliThis review is updated-The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The vet Dr McGregor is outstanding. He constantly followed up through phone calls on any issues our dog was having.Even calling outside of office hours. You can tell they really love fur babies and always treated my dog as if he was their own. When sadly our dog couldn’t recover from his illness we were treated with such kindness, patience and compassion. We were touched when we later received a hand written card signed by each individual in the practice. This really meant a lot to us.
Apr 25, 2024 · nicolette levereI actually really like this vet. I brought my two cats in for their wellness exams and their first ever bloodwork, my first one did fine, she’s usually pretty easy but my other one I knew would be a problem, he just hates being handled. The doctor and techs could tell they wouldn’t be able to get blood on him so they scheduled me back right away for another visit with gabapentin and planned to put him under if they couldn’t get blood just from the gabapentin. I didn’t say it, but I was really hoping they wouldn’t put him under because of the risks and as well as the financial aspect of it but I honestly think they could just tell so they worked actual magic and got the blood even with him fighting soooo much. He’s really tough and I already know that, but they didn’t burden me about it or anything and even the tech who was discharging him leveled with me and said her own cat was worse about being handled and that my cat’s visit still went okay today so that made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. I really appreciate their hard work and being able to pick up on what I wanted without me even having to away it!
