Lums Pond Animal Hospital Reviews
Very nice well maintained place with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I've been bringing my cats here for a long time and have had only 1 experience with a vet I wasn't super happy about. They also did their best to help my wife and I when one of my cats died unexpectedly even though they hadn't opened yet, we didn't have an appointment, and she was gone before we even got there. Very happy with the service I've received so far. Just expect to pay a lot just like any medical service.
May 02, 2025 · Michael BrownThe staff here are very nice and my dog loves them. They always treat her so nice and give her plently of treats. Gave 4 stars because of the buildings terrible acoustics. Dog barks echo a LOT in the lobby and check-in area.
Jan 05, 2025 · Twilight_Lupine SilvaWe have been patients at Lums Pond Animal Hospital since the early 90's, ever since we adopted our very first dog, Murphy. I will never forget that Sunday morning when we woke up and Murphy couldn't walk. My heart sank, because I had lost my childhood dog to distemper with similar symptoms. We called Dr Thompson, who agreed to open his office and meet us there. I will forever be grateful for Dr Thompson, saving our Murphy from Lyme's disease. We have been loyal customers/patients ever since. Dr Thompson is the best, so compassionate and caring. We love Lums Pond Animal Hospital!
Mar 20, 2025 · Anita SchweppeMy parents' dog had to get an enucleation of both eyes. He is 13 years old. The surgery went well and he is doing great! He is eating better and more active than what he was before surgery. The surgery cost was fair ( $3,000 less than what a prominent emergency vet hospital wanted to charge!). He loves his belly rubs, the ecollar- not so much 😆
Sep 20, 2020 · Linda CDr. Thompson has been my primary vet for over 20 years. He and his staff continue to provide our pets with expert care.
