Loving Touch Animal Clinic Reviews
Loving Touch Animal Clinic; for it being my Frenchie Oreo and my first visit, they were very welcoming and informative, left me with no questions. I walked away more informed and looking forward to continuing quality veterinary care.
Mar 27, 2025 · Terry MayfieldThis practice is awesome!!! They have Saturday hours which are so convenient for pet owners who work Monday-Friday. There is a pet groomer on-site. The vet called the day after my puppy’s appointment just to check on him to see how he was doing after getting his shot….I’ve NEVER had a vet do that. All of the staff is so friendly and patient. I highly recommend this practice.
Apr 08, 2025 · Tina BlandWhen I came into the clinic, the vet spent no more than 5 minutes with my dog. She barely spent any time trying to talk to me about my concerns. She ordered 250 dollars worth of tests, which all came back negative. Then they ordered 200 dollars more worth of tests, all of which came back negative. one of the tests was a urine sample, which they then told me that they did not collect as the first sample of the day, so they wanted to take one first thing in the morning, then proceeded to charge me again for their error. it honestly feels like they are trying to take advantage of the fact that people will go to great lengths for their animals. Throughout this entire experience, the vet never once called me to talk to me. all I got was “if the issue progresses, call us back” from the tech. the issue is progressing which is the whole reason I brought him in, and when I said that they tried to order another 200 dollars worth of tests. I am saddened by their low level of compassion for anything other than their financial gain. the front desk person felt rude and dismissive. I feel so frustrated.Update: due to my 1 star review, my dog has been kicked out of the clinic and they are not only refusing to try and rectify the situation, but also refusing to treat my pup in any way. I am sad for this clinic, and sad for any animal that has to be treated here. Where I work, when we receive a poor review from a patient, our director gets all staff together and we talk about ways we can improve from the review, and when that patient comes in the next visit, we are instructed to try and make the situation right in any way that we can. I am struggling to wrap my head around this type of management style.
Jan 07, 2025 · Courtney GatlinThank you!!!! Kizmet was over due for his grooming and thankfully the groomer Emily and the entire staff came to the rescue for Kizmet. Kizmet has seizures and most groomers suggest a vet office groomer and after speaking with Dr. Smalls at his last vet visit, we had a plan in place! The office manager was prepared and assured me that if he were to have a seizure they had it covered and the receptionist handled my over bearing dog mom craziness with grace and professionalism. He looks great and was done quickly and home in time for his next round of medication.Kizmet must feel so much better and he's been zooming around since we got home. With Heartfelt Gratitude - Michele & Al Rago & Kizmet
