They have horrible response and updates. The Vet assistant we met in person was great with our cat. Very sweet and helpful. DR. Phillips was not great. We were told we need to get our cat to lose weight, while trying to figure out how much food that means it took weeks to get any response to our questions and I had to follow up multiple times to just be told "we will talk with the DR and get back to you" to then have to follow up again. The last straw is that I put in an order for my cats anxiety medicine earlier this week when we were down to the last 7 days of pills. I told the doctor we are down to 7 pills. They said the Doctor would be in the next day. Now we are down to our last two pills and I have yet to receive notification of the medicine being approved. Our cat gets violent when he does not have his medicine. This is so unacceptable especially since they are the ones that told us you cannot just stop giving the medicine to him as this one needs to be weened off. We are not happy with the services we have recieved.Edit:From what I have seen they follow the same script for bad reviews, sending you through a list of horrible suggestions that waste your time. There is no fixing this. You have lost a client and I will not be recommending or wasting my time with you further. - Lynn Gurmun
