★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is incredible. They were able to get my dog in for surgery consult and major knee surgery on the same day. Dr. Townsend was exceptional as well as her assistant Athena. The front desk folks were super friendly and lovely to deal with. We are very blessed to have our Daisy dog recuperating from surgery thanks to them.
July 28 · Nanette HagenArrived at the facility with a very sick little girl. My fur-baby was not doing very well and neither was I. The waiting room was quiet full and I feared the worst for having to wait for a very long time. Within a few minutes of checking in I was approached by a Vet Tech who gathered information about my little girl. She explained that the wait time could be longer than I may care for and apologized for that. After she walked away I got comfortable with my girl and began the long wait. SURPRISE! Within 20 minutes the Tech returned and took my baby away and said the doctor will be with us shortly. Sure enough within 30 minutes we were directed to a consult room where we met the doctor. She discussed my fur-baby, the severity of her condition and the recommended treatment/s that were appropriate for her. We made a decision on those options and with that, the doctor accompanied us back to the waiting room and then disappeared to the treatment area. My wife and I were considerably surprised when we were presented with the charges. Coming in at a few hundred dollars LESS than we had expected the bill to start at.We were presented with our baby following her rehydration IV and we took her home. I was so worried that she wouldn’t pull through and for the next 12 hours I stayed by her side as she slept. Slowly she started to move around and within a few more hours she was much more alert. When her sissy suddenly started barking at a door-ghost my fur-baby leaped from the couch to the floor joining her sissy in the chorus. The first time I have never tried to hush her. It was the best bark I’ve ever heard. Thanks to all the staff for their kind and heartfelt service to our baby. This is the second pet that I have brought there in the last few years. My wife and I have made the decision to switch our current veterinary clinic to this wonderful place where heart, home and happiness is the rule of all days. Thank you all again.
July 23 · Mister_TibbsCouldn’t be more thankful to the team here. Earlier this year, we took our pup in because she was acting strange, and it turned out she needed emergency surgery to remove her spleen because there was internal bleeding (ended up being cancer). We are eternally grateful that the surgery folks who were called in to help on a Sunday late afternoon could make it. Your careful, loving care allowed us to have 3 more amazing months with our girl. When it came time to help her transition, your team once again was kind, gentle, and compassionate. We always found the care to be quality and the pricing to be very reasonable. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
July 22 · Alina NikishinaDr. Parker and Tech Rachellee (and the entire Oncology team at Pacific NW) took the absolute best care of my sweet boy from beginning to end. So grateful for the extra 50 days I got with Soju thanks to their dedication and commitment to his chemotherapy treatments.I miss him so much, but I am so glad that when he was no longer able to fight his cancer the veterinarians here let me give him peace.
May 22 · EmelynThis was our first visit to Pacific Northwest pet ER and specialty center. Upon entering the building, it’s an open atmosphere very clean and well kept, helpful attentive staff. Our little girl had to spend the night. Everything was explained to us in detail. I only wish they had Pacific Northwest specialty centers in every town in the Columbia gorge. Excellent business model. If our little girl experiences problems would definitely return for service
