★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were so happy for a long time. One of our dogs died recently - the one in my profile picture. They promised that we could keep his ink pawprints and that we could pick them up when his remains were available. THEY THREW THEM AWAY AND TRIED TO GASLIGHT ME INTO THINKING I TOOK THEM HOME. They tried to convince me that I had taken them home and after I pushed back that we never got a single copy they admitted to throwing away AT LEAST TWO copies and have lost the rest.Words cannot explain how absolutely devastated our family is. How could you? How DARE you???DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALSHERE FOR ANY END OF LIFE CARE. The panic attacks and unnecessary added stress in addition to the loss of our baby boy is just unbearable.Picture of our very handsome and very missed boy included.
June 12 · Keirstyn PriceNew to the area and I took my husky here for the first exam to get established at a new clinic and to get her vaccinations up to date. Appointment time comes and goes, they tell me they are taking care of someone’s pet at the end of their life. I completely understand and continued to wait. I received my bill for almost $700 and paid in full but in shock. She just received an initial exam along with her up to date vaccines. I called my old vet just to compare. They almost laughed and said “well you brought your other TWO dogs here for the same thing and YOUR TOTAL was $270. They even sent invoices to help me compare. I will continue to keep looking for another vet as I know there are several in the area that are cheaper. Hope this helps anyone trying to make a choice!
July 08 · Carrie BrandHad a terrible and unprofessional experience during our last visit. During the visit dr. Willoughby didn't check my pup's heart, but only advised to run a full panel blood test. She said the results were perfectly fine and healthy, but my pup died with heart failure a month later. As a pet owner, this clinic seems to be a very money-oriented business, not a place that can be trusted to take care of our pets.
June 16 · A TI can’t say enough good things about Cascade Animal Hospital and Dr. Kelly Hagerman. My 13-year-old McNab Collie, an adventurous and energetic soul, was struggling with arthritis and other complex health issues that were seriously affecting his quality of life. I had been going to another vet but felt like I wasn’t getting the care or clear answers my pup needed, so I decided to seek a second opinion. From the moment I walked into Cascade Animal Hospital, I knew I had found the right place. Dr. Hagerman was incredible—she took the time to listen to my concerns, examine my dog thoroughly, and explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She didn’t just throw out guesses or temporary fixes; she created a clear, methodical plan to figure out the root cause of my dog’s health problems. And you know what? Her plan worked. Not only did we get to the bottom of my dog’s issues, but Dr. Hagerman also helped me recognize a lifestyle factor that was making things worse. Because she took the time to educate me (something I had begged my previous vet to do), we were able to make sustainable changes that truly improved my dog’s life. He’s healthier, happier, and back to doing what he loves—hitting the trails and enjoying adventures with his family. This whole experience was incredibly stressful for me. Watching my best friend struggle and not knowing how to help him was heartbreaking. But thanks to Dr. Hagerman and the amazing team at Cascade Animal Hospital, that stress is gone. I now have complete confidence in their care, and as long as I live in Vancouver, I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else.Beyond just great medical care, Cascade has also given us something priceless—peace of mind. My dog is a rescue from a kill shelter, where he was marked for euthanasia and left with both physical and emotional scars. Vet visits used to be a nightmare because of his anxiety, and I would literally have to carry my 60-pound dog in and out of the office. But Cascade is different. They maintain a calm, welcoming environment, and their staff is incredibly patient and kind. Now, my dog actually walks in on his own. That alone has been life-changing for both of us.I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Hagerman and the team at Cascade Animal Hospital. They not only helped my dog get better, but they also made a real difference in both of our lives. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for your pet, this is the place.
March 22 · W SThis place is amazing!! I take my dog there for therapy since her surgery! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable and very accommodating! My dog is always excited to be spoiled every time she goes! And she’s made a speedy recovery because of them!
