July 09 · Phil BowieThis was the first time visiting Crossroads Animal Hospital, and I must say I was an instant fan! Mollie, my twelve year old girlfriend, had an accident the night before. I wasn’t positive if I was overreacting about taking her in, so I waited! When I did call the next afternoon ( the wound was small but deep), they had me in within the hour. It was close to closing for them, but they kept reassuring me Mollie comes first. She ended up needing stitches! They took such great care of her, and made me feel better! They even reached out the next day to check on her!! They have a new client for life!!! Thanks Dr Addante and staff!!!
January 23 · patricia parkerI typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience.I had an appointment at this vet clinic on May 30th at 11:00 AM and unfortunately, my visit was far from positive. Upon arrival, I stood in the lobby with my dog for at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. While the appointment itself went smoothly enough, I was disappointed that no one explained what each vaccine was for — it felt very rushed and impersonal. The most concerning part happened as I was preparing to check out. A large Labrador suddenly ran out of one of the rooms, visibly bleeding and urinating on the floor. He got dangerously close to my dog, and I had to quickly pick mine up to avoid contact with the blood and urine. I later learned the dog had a nail clipped too short, but what shocked me most was the response — staff simply wiped the floor with a towel and didn’t sanitize the area, which seemed highly unsanitary for a veterinary clinic. To make matters worse, I had paid for a fecal test and was told I’d receive a call within 10 minutes of leaving with the results. I never received that call. Nearly a week passed before I reached out myself, only to be told they weren’t even sure if a technician had reviewed it. They promised a follow-up that never came. I’ve since called twice more, each time being told they’d look into it and call me back — and still, no follow-up.As pet owners, our animals are like family. If your child had medical tests done, you’d expect communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, this clinic fell short in several areas that are basic expectations for any veterinary provider. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service and sanitation practices moving forward.
June 10 · Sarah HighThe vet here seems like a very caring and kind person. I am going to try them out. I went to their open house and met the staff, everyone was nice. I was looking for a vet with experience and horse facility care in case my horses ever got injured. The animals and facility looked clean and well kept.
June 03 · Carolyn MillerFrom finding our newest family member to keeping him up to date on all the things puppies, Crossroads Animal Hospital and Rescue has truly been amazing. The team is so warm and welcoming, you truly get the best service and care.
