Paws Inn Animal Hospital Reviews
I do not leave reviews very often, however recent events have compelled me to leave one here. One of our dogs went here his entire life, 14 years. In the past few years the staff, veterinary care, and overall organization and communication has considerably worsened. They forgot to get nose prints for our recently deceased dog and claimed that ‘no one on the staff could recall such a request’ even though I watched the vet assistant write it down on a notepad. The paw prints that we received were on a cheap foam surface and were not done very well. One of them barely has an indent at all and most of them have at least one paw pad deformed, if not more. They also screwed up our other dogs appointment time in their system and refused to accommodate the appointment in the same day even though it was their error and we arrived on time according to the agreed upon appointment time. When we got reasonably frustrated at the lack of accommodation and their refusal to see us that day, the vet grew very defensive and accused us of yelling at their assistant even though that never occurred. We have since gone to another vet and learned that there were key vaccinations that our puppy hadn’t received from Paws Inn. This makes me wonder if another vet would have caught our recently deceased pets sickness sooner and administered treatment faster to extend his healthy life even more. Regardless, it is obvious that this place has lost its touch and care for animals and their owners. I hope that this review helps the staff realize their errors and strive to do better with the other patients they have. If not, I hope this review helps others avoid bringing their dogs to a place with subpar vet care.
Jul 02, 2025 · Rachel RivesVery unprofessional! I was cleared and told I could board my Dog 2 1/2 weeks in advance of my intake date when I sent in his Vaccination records. He was due for vaccine renewals during the stay and they said it would be fine when I called in advance. The day I was supposed to drop him off they called and said I couldn't drop him off because he wouldn't be up to date on his Vaccinations. Now I am left scrambling for a Dog sitter last minute. At least be honest with me up front and tell me when I inquired! Save me the Hassel! Never recommending a place like this.
Jan 08, 2025 · Hannah ReinmuthCali and Buster have been coming here for 4 years, and it's amazing every time. Every single question is answered to the fullest. Every single person working there cares for my pups like they are their own. Let's not forget about the grooming. Emma gets the pups in tip-top shape every time a couple of times a year. Bath hair and nails.
