From the moment we walked in, the office staff was friendly and kind, putting both me and my pet at ease. Dr. Campbell did an incredible job of assessing her prior to surgery and thoroughly explained the surgical process in detail, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. They also monitored her progress closely post-surgery, providing excellent follow-up care instructions. Chihiro was always excited to come in for her check-ups which is a testament to the love and care the Stitches team provided. The surgery went smoothly and I can already tell a difference in Stella’s breathing. The staff was also very caring and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The team also took the time to call and follow up post surgery to see how Stella was doing. I truly recommend Dr. Campbell and his staff for anyone who needs surgery for their pet. I was nervous about the surgery but so glad I went through with it and chose this vet.
