★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1By the Grace of God, this clinic was put in my fur babies path. It is a 45 min drive each way from where I live, but it is by far top notch! They are persistent, motivated and caring. A local veterinarian in rome did nothing for my 2 year old shih tzu but give her fluids and was sent home all 3 visits (Thursday, Saturday, Monday) She was take. In due to being weak, haven’t eaten in over a week, hasn’t had a BM in a week and seeming larthargic Something had to be done she was declining. She began to lose control of her bowels etc. she was peeing where ever she was laying. She seemed dazed and confused. She got lock jaw, started having head tremors, muscle spasms. She lost control of using her back legs. Dr. Sumner tried steroids while researching. This was uncommon, but he noticed that my fur baby had the same symptoms as described in tetanus. This is usually found in other types of animals, but not dogs. The second day of hospitalization, she started eating through a syringe. She is drinking water independently. She tremors aren’t near as bad and she is walking some on her own. He gave her antoxins that seem to be working. The whole staff was concerned about her and all praised her for each small progress. She still has a while to recover fully, but she was placed in good hands. With god giving dr sumner the love of his job, he was able to meet the needs of my baby. Dr sumner And his staff is highly recommended to take care of your animal’s needs. Very well worth the drive for a visit. They are also cheaper than my local veterinary clinic, so that’s a plus. Give them a try. He does not give up when faced with a challenge. The only thing I have against him is being an UGA fan. He thinks his UGA blanket made my Zola better. I’m gonna let him continue to think that but I know it’s God and his love for animals

June 17 · Jeana Babette CantrellBeen bringing my cats here and appreciate great medical services😊....But wanted to let others know, their system was updated, and I was here just 4 months ago, they now charge a surcharge for credit cards. So if you want to save, bring cash or check or debit card. I was charged about $4.00 for about $145.
May 28 · Cathy DupreAlways give excellent care and stand by their estimates even if the service provided exceeds.Worked after hours until 11pm to help my Pyrenees after a surgical issue and kept me updated the entire way. They have been my go to for 8 years now.Happy fluff ball doesn’t like pictures.
August 26 · Rodney JonesDr Sumner and Dr Landers are phenomenal! Well had a last minute scare on a Friday afternoon with our black lab after hours and Dr Landers stayed and helped us. Both of them are great listeners, and answer any concerns we have had! I would recommend them to anyone!
