York County Veterinary Hospital Reviews
They were wonderful! This is our regular vet but when my older dog fell off the bed and needed to be seen, they fit us in same day! The vet took her time examining my dog to locate the source of her pain without needlessly stressing her out. Wonderful bedside manner! I think this is the first time my dog didn't shake continuously at a vet's office.
Mar 20, 2025 · Kirsten Turrisi, ODDr. Amelia is great. Our Old Man orange kitty somehow developed a facial abcess over the course of an afternoon. They had us send photos over email to triage, and then were able to squeeze us in between appointments to drain and give him antibiotics so we didn't have to take him to the ER clinic.
Mar 09, 2025 · Karen SparkowichI have been going to Temm vets since their days in OOB and can not say enough about them. Incredible, caring, empathetic, kind, genuinely in it for the animals and not to gouge you with pricing. They have seen me through all kinds of scenarios with my pets and go above and beyond, sending personal pics for updates, available for questions anytime I call, and so much more. Susan and Cheryl at the desk are amazing,Jess, who is just incredible, and course, both of the Dr's Temm. You won't find a better team.
Aug 08, 2024 · Stacey WWe moved to the area, and my wife brought her dog in, who couldn't pee. They said they couldn't express him and then sent him home and said we could continue trying. We decided to bring our dog to a different vet the following day because he was in pain and still not able to pee. That vet did x-rays and found that he was blocked with crystals and stones all the way to his urethra and then we had to make the heart-wrenching decision. We would not recommend this vet at all. On top, they made us change our flea, tick, and heart meds that our dogs had been for years because their dogs were not using that particular brand. Plus, when we had to switch vets, they would not transfer our records as requested even though we had paid for each vet visit. They do not have the knowledge nor the care and compassion as they claim. I would stay far away from this vet if you care about your furbabies.
Dec 22, 2024 · Joshua BlevinsBest Vet in the area. They have cared for all my family pets, since I was a child. In sickness & in health- they are always CARING & fair. Particularly when I comes to pricing, during bad health patches.I have a reactive dog & they are always patient with her. Allowing the the lobby to be clear for us to walk in and out. I trust them with my most loved fur babies.
