★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- So I called All about Pets to pay a balance I had off from a previous procedure & things situated with my dogs account which was very pricey ! I was told by Lauren or Stephanie that once they get the payment I would be able to get her seen. My dog is pregnant in which I was unknowingly & I told them that. Lauren asked me what was my pets name & I told her & she proceed to get sassy & "Said awe well there is nothing I can do because she hasn't been seen since 2022. Which wasn't true she was just there in Jan 2025. Once my account was found I was told she could be seen tomorrow or I can bring her in ... I called back to pay my balance , I gave her my card & told her not to run it until I locked it , she stated it was heard for her to hear me which was fine. She gives someone else the phone & my payment goes through but everything about what was told to me was void & the ladies at the front desk was very RUDE ! I mean extremely RUDE & talked to me in a very condescending manner. She told me the doctor would "Maybe" give me a call tomorrow , I said well that wasn't what was told to me. I basically begged & pleaded because my dog is pregnant & could go in any day I think. She well I told you if you can't get in to take her to get a emergency c section , I pleaded I couldn't afford that & that would be at least 3K. Lauren proceeds to say that well "THATS NOT MY PROBLEM" which was very RUDE & INSENSITIVE! I never stated it was anyone's problem .. I came for help because I don't want my dog to die ! If the dogs doesn't come out properly. I was told I was ignorant & needed to act my age. They literally made it seem like I was trying to agru with them & I called for help. Yes this is a great clinic but the ladies answering the phone is VERY RUDE. I don't want to make this seem about race but that's what it seem to me. I called with nothing but questions / open discussion & help for my dog ! I asked to speak with a supervisor they claimed no one was there & the calls where recorded. I hope they handle customers (Black customers) better because I felt very attacked with no solution for my dog. July 24 · Dee'Monae Colyer
- Several years ago we followed Dr. McDearmon to this veterinary office, from a different practice. My husband and I have been married 42 years and have had pets the entire time. Hands down, she is the best vet we have ever had. Yes, she actually cares. The entire office is truly great. On one occasion when we were there for an appointment, Dr. McDearmon doing emergency surgery so wasn’t available for our appointment, and Dr. Radloff took care of us instead. We knew we were in good hands. August 23 · Jacqui Carlson
- Dr Chris and his staff are very dedicated to caring for their patients. He has provided excellent care for our 2 Labs over the past 4 years. With his Excellent knowledge, and comforting empathetic care, especially when our Zoey was so ill, he and his staff were remarkable and loving in their attention to her. Highly recommend this vet practice. October 17 · Nancy Grigsby
- I’ve been going to AAP for a few yrs now. I get all my testing and surgeries there for my dogs and so do my friends. Anytime my dogs are sick I can call Dr Chris or his staff and they fit me in right away. We drive almost an hour 1 way just to come to them because their service is so amazing! The way they care for their customers is amazing. I highly recommend them. April 18 · Pjacks 420
