★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I recently visited Lashley Animal Hospital with my cat Jenga, and they exceeded all expectations! The staff provides outstanding service for all of our cats. They're consistently friendly and professional and genuinely seem to care about the well-being of our pets. What stands out most is how they keep our animals healthy with thorough examinations and thoughtful care. During our recent visit to Jenga, they were patient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also did a fantastic job with our male cat, Paquito. When he needed to be fixed, their team handled the procedure with expert care. They made the entire process stress-free for Paquito and us, providing clear post-operative instructions and follow-up care that ensured his quick recovery.Lashley Animal Hospital is worth visiting if you're looking for quality veterinary care from people who treat your pets like family. Their commitment to animal health and customer service is truly exceptional. March 23 · Dr. Jim Latour
- Lashley is not our regular vet but I will be switching to them from now on. I already was not happy with the vet we were using (Best Friends Animal Hospital) because I felt that they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me that they could. When my dog, Max, had a cough that turned out to be a heart problem, Best Friends failed to diagnose it and instead wanted to schedule a dental procedure and look for an upper airway issue at the same time. I was tired of the continuous back and forth with them that would cost way more than I could afford. A few months later, my dog had a heart related episode at the kennel while we were out of town and the kennel staff rushed him to Lashley. Unfortunately, he died before he could get there. Lashley was absolutely wonderful during our grief. They kept my dog's body for a week until we could get home and never charged us a dime. Soon after, we received a sweet card that had my dog's paw and nose prints included. It touched my heart so much and I want to tell them "thank you for everything that you all did for us". To this day, I receive emails from Best Friends telling me that my other dog needs appointments but I noticed there are no email reminders for the dog that died. That tells me that they know that he passed and I haven't heard anything from them regarding Max's passing. It seems to me that Lashley truly cares. I'll be using their services in the future. - Lashley animal Hospital has been our go to for all dog and puppy needs. The team at Lashley is very responsive, friendly, and always helpful. Dr. Holzwarth has been wonderful to work with and always been by our and our pets side. We tried other doctors prior to coming to Lashley and they just don’t compare. June 21 · Yvonne Trentman
