Kentmere Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Horrific experience putting our dog down. No empathy, making us explain in front of the children why it’s his time while we’ve been mourning, then they lied about what parts of the process were happening and tried to cover it up. Acted like they didn’t just kill him in front of us and told us we can’t have time with him alone before he passes. He was already gone. Confirmed three times what was going to happen and this lady didn’t care. Told us no time with him. Really unhappy and will be sharing.
Feb 25, 2025 · samantha birdI used to SWEAR by Kentmere. This is my third dog that I have taken to them, and during Dr. Cooghan’s time as the main vet it was fantastic, but since his retirement the place has become a money grab. While the vets are knowledgeable and very nice they have become price gougers. They have become exactly what people complain about vets. I have spent a significant amount of money at Kentmere over the last year between one dog passing and getting a new puppy. Today was the final straw for me. I was supposed to go in and get a last few shots to finalize the puppies vaccines and the price was almost the same as the initial visit where she got significantly more vaccines even after I was promised this time would be “significantly cheaper”. I was nickel and dimed right out of the office. When I expressed my concern to their front office attendant named Ann, she was condescending and rude. I won’t be returning, which is a shame because I was a loyal customer for years.
Jun 30, 2025 · carmen delcampoBeen taking various cats here for years. I guess Dr. Coogan retired as I never see him anymore. Drs. Snyder & Ireland took over the reins I think. Both competent vets, both showing a willingness to listen to the pet owner before diagnosis. I would recommend this practice.
Sep 15, 2023 · Steve CMy family has been coming here since 2019 and we have received nothing but excellent service and care. Here’s photo evidence from today’s visit: even with a torn ACL, Remington is still smiling because she gets to see her favorite veterinary team. ❤️
