Apr 12, 2025 · Jenny HaynesCaring and compassionate Veterinary office. Our uncle's cat was brought here when he had an accident and became hospitalized while visiting the area. The cat was taken to this office and lovingly cared for before he had to be euthanized. Very nice and understanding staff. If I lived down here, I would be taking my pets for care at the Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic. Thank you!!!!

Jun 21, 2025 · Hank LeeThe phone call to make my first appointment was quick, gave my information, dogs information, was asked if I had paperwork from previous vet and I told the receptionist I did not. Second call from receptionist was to confirm the appointment and was asked if I got paperwork from previous vet. I told the receptionist no and I would have but I was never made aware that it was needed (my dog has had zero issues and has only been to the vet for shots). The receptionist was extremely rude when I told her this and ended up hanging up on me without saying goodbye. I chalked it up to her having a bad day and let it go.I had to bring my toddler with me to this appointment so I called an hour and a half prior to my appointment and asked if any paperwork that needed to be filled out be sent to me because trying to keep my toddler entertained and my dog calm was going to be a handful. The receptionist made it seem like it wasn’t going to take any time to fill it out and told me the information needed. Name, address, phone number and my email address. All information I already gave during my initial phone call making the appointment. I asked if I can just email that information over (even though the receptionist already has all of that information from my first call making the appointment) and then sign whatever paperwork there is when I arrive. After going back and forth for a few minutes about this the receptionist said she can take the information over the phone…why did she have to argue with me and just do that in the first place? It took not even 30 seconds to get my information….that she already received! She is extremely rude and I ended up canceling my appointment because of her. I do not think her attitude was at all necessary, I would have gladly provided any paperwork from my previous vet had I been asked. Also, I understand not every veterinarian office is the same but I have always been sent paperwork to be filled out prior to any new appointments. Given there was another review about this receptionist it is clear that her attitude is tolerated and that is not a place I care to bring my dog to.
